Location is not too far from Busan station, but it also means it's noisy at times when train passes by at late night, and on and off horn sound from the ship in sea side, as the hotel soundproof is not really good. Cleanliness is fine, but housekeeping didn't close the door fully after housekeeping end up door wasn't closed for whole day until we're back. Something to take note.

Very convenient location near Busan Station within walking distance, manage to visit quite alot of place in Busan within 3 days from the hotel.

Good location, very near to busan ktx station and a lot of convinience stores around as well..efficient check-in although we arrived late at night. the room was really comfortable, clean and good size for two people..

My friends stayed in the family room and were happy. They appreciated the extra bed.

I stayed here with my mother and sister. We brought big luggage but there room was spacious enough to open our luggage. Bathroom and toilet was separated and clean. I booked triple room and the bed was comfy. There is no teeth brush, skincare goods, nor slippers, so you need to buy or bring your own. It’s close to Busan station and able to find restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel. I enjoyed the beautiful scenery from the rooftop. I recommend group trip for this hotel and I’d like to comeback again.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Busan Station, making it very easy to get around and explore the city. The room and overall hotel were very clean, and luggage storage was available, which was really helpful. The staff were friendly and able to communicate well in English. The only downside was the check-in time at 3:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM, with no flexibility offered, which was a bit inconvenient.

Such a spacious and comfortable room, I love how their bathroom keeps the wet and dry areas separate — super convenient! Also good location. It’s just located around 8-10 mins from Busan station. Definitely will back to this hotel again if I visit Busan.

The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is great, as it is close to all the public transport, which is easily accessible from there. The hotel provided towels and bathrobes, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, however the basic items like toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers, shower cap, etc. you had to buy yourself. The breakfast was was sub standard, didn’t cater for foreigners. They could have added more than just the one fruit, yogurt, some pastries instead of just sweet bread.

Hotel location is traffic convenient which is near the Busan KTX Station and the Metro station, also there are restaurants nearby. The front desk service was good, the staff were polite and helpful. The cleansing service was efficient and good as well. The breakfast provided in the hotel was of various choice of food but pity that there was no meat dishes that did not meet the need of some ‘carnivorous guests’ like me.

The place was awesome and convenient. The staff are really helpful and nice. They have a nice rooftop. how I wish I have stayed longer in Busan. But I will definitely be back soon and will choose this as my hotel again.

Very pleasant stay. Location is very convenient and busan station is just 5 min walk away.

The girl who checked us in was not very friendly.  I speak Korean and she wasn’t friendly so hate to see how she treats guests who can’t speak.  A couple days later I told her the bathroom door locked and she said just use chopsticks or something small.  I told her I’m telling her because we don’t have that.  I asked if the clean crew would open it since we were leaving and she said yes they would.   They don’t have the amenities like other hotels like slippers, toothbrush and washcloths.  The cleaning crew was good and the gentleman at the front desk was nice and greeted us every time we walked past him.  However because of the unfriendly girl we would not stay here again.  She needs an attitude adjustment or be fired!

Big and spacious with separate toilet and showering area with nice food around the area too. Only downside is the quiet and dodgy alley that we have to walk pass in order to reach the hotel. There’s daily replenishment of water, overall we had a great stay.

location was conveniently around 5-8 mins distance from busan station. convenience stores and mini mart nearby too. toilet and shower is 2 separate rooms which was good. good size room
