Our stay at Brown Suites Busan was fantastic! The hotel room was impressive, spacious, and comfortable, making our family trip truly enjoyable. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the free parking service was a great bonus. The staff provided excellent support before and during our stay, ensuring a smooth experience. A special shout-out to Mr. Kim Kyu Sung, who went above and beyond when our rental car had an issue late at night even though it’s out of the scope of the hotel service . His quick response and genuine assistance saved us from a stressful situation, especially as first-time visitors to Busan. His hospitality was truly remarkable and greatly appreciated!! Highly recommend Brown Suites Busan for its outstanding service!!

Very good view, good for one night stay for transitting at Busan train station. Good price worth of $$. will stay here again next time during my transit.

Location really close to the Busan station! Close and easy walk over. Stay was really comfortable as well! Spacious and big. Loved the stay, would definitely consider for future stays! Replies are very fast to help as well.

The apartment was spectacular with sea view, few minutes walk away from Busan station. The only tricky thing to figure out was how to get there in the first place.

Huge apartment with an LG styler, living room has a smart tv that allows me to cast from my mobile device. The view from the place is good, facing the harbour. Personally I find the location quite a walk from Busan station, but it’s faster to cross the road on ground level than taking the bridge.

Excellent option to stay in general and even better value-for-money. The location is right between the passenger sea terminal and the main train station but it nevertheless somehow manages to remain a relatively quiet place (probably, because it is located in an isolated residential apartment building). Easy reach to the train station through the overground pass. The check-in is fully automated but little bit complicated (especially when arriving by car) but they send extensive instructions beforehand. We nevertheless got some warning at the parking, because the parking lot we used was not supposed for our type of vehicles. The answer from the management was simply "to look around for our type of vehicle and park nearby". The apartment itself is very high-tech, but everything is in Korean, so be prepared to use some translation apps to set temperature et al.

Very conveniently located just 400m from Busha train station. Hence, plenty of choices for food and beverages. There is a link bridge between the train stastion and apartment building. Simple instructions for checking-in and checking-out. Lovely view from apartment. The unit was very clean and new, very spacious for us to have simple meal. Amenities provided are more than sufficient for our stay. The washer cum dryer is another plus point. Will recommend

Beautiful well maintained property with heaps of space to move around. Best bet with families has got washing machine and dishwasher and all amenities
