Kanas Hemu Holiday Resort Hotel is located in the core area of the Jikepulin International Ski Resort within the national 5A-level Kanas Hemu Scenic Area. The surrounding natural scenery is extremely beautiful and it is known as "God's Private Land".
The hotel is adjacent to the east area service hall of the ski resort, with an exclusive ski-in/ski-out passage, directly leading to the ski resort and the cable car station. Ascending to the top of Yunxiao Peak, you can enjoy the magnificent mountains and rivers and experience the heroic feeling of overlooking four countries at a glance.
There are 206 guest rooms and suites. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows offer a full view of the beautiful scenery in all four seasons. There is an independent ski equipment storage area, and the design combines the folk customs. The Jihe All-Day Dining Restaurant offers a variety of delicious foods and there are also VIP private rooms. The 800-square-meter conference space and facilities can undertake various activities.
The hotel has an excellent location, close to Hemu Village and Kanas Scenic Area, convenient for exploring the surrounding scenic spots. The lobby lounge is 10 meters high, presenting the snow-capped mountains in a panoramic view. There is also a 600-square-meter pillarless banquet hall, meeting rooms and a fitness center. 住了3天2晚，在返回的旅途中，現在寫下此次體驗的一些反饋如下：
1. 設施：假日酒店很嶄新，聽説去年才開業的，硬件設施在度假區是一流的；有個小建議：房間洗手池建議安裝一個活塞，避免戒指啥的不小心掉進去，當時的情況是牙膏蓋子不小心掉進去了。
2. 衞生：房間衞生基本是乾淨的，辛苦了打掃的大姐阿姨, 特別感謝2/11號10:00 左右準備出去滑雪時忘記帶房卡了，原本要去前台做房卡，當時樓層大姐驗證身份幫我開了門，在此表示感謝🙏。
3. 環境：奔着吉克普林國際滑雪度假區來的，大自然的風光，素有“童話邊城”的布爾津絕對是世界級的豐光童話夢境。與之相配套的假日酒店室內房間、酒店餐廳環境也算是在禾木堪稱一流了。
4. 服務：2/9號還沒入住開始，貼身管家阿里Arie聯繫我問候入住的需求、旅行安排，10號下午18:00 左右到達前台，辦入住的漂亮小姐姐Emily辦理登記入住絲滑效率高，告知我還可以抽獎，幸運如我中了一張滑雪門票～哈哈…晚餐在西餐廳體驗的，自助晚餐極具吸引的是阿拉斯加蟹腿，還有鮮榨哈密瓜汁，有伍濤師傅、朱順榮師傅、餐廳服務團隊陳元勝小哥哥提供的菜品出品及服務令人印象深刻，主動介紹特色牛肚包、派送佛跳牆，還問了反饋，總之是一次令人非常愉悦的用餐和入住。
一併表示深深地謝謝🙏已經開始期待下一個雪季再來！

整個住宿非常非常滿意，特別要點名一名叫Cecilia前台服務員給我留下非常深刻的好印象。她在我們入住前一兩天主刧聯繫我們準備提供協助。而在入住期間遇到不同的問題，她都能協助一一解決或提供解決方案，全程態度親切友善，滿面笑容，令我這段旅程過得非常愉快。他們的早餐和晚上的自助餐選擇豐富味道也非常可口。

在禾木原計劃要滑兩天的雪，因為體驗太好了直接續住了一晚，本來以為連鎖酒店都那樣不報太大的預期，但是入住後真的是此行最滿意的酒店啦，比在禾木老村住的要舒服很多，禾木老村我選的還是比這家要貴的～帶娃可以首選這家
首先房間很大超出預期，一大面窗直麪雪場，每天醒來都能看到雪景很治癒。房間內部有規劃可以掛雪服手套等雪具很貼心，廁所很大是智能馬桶，熱水暖氣充足
酒店離東區服務區很近，一樓可以直接走過去五分鐘不到。滑了三天東區西區都去了，西區人相對多一些，東區人少一些，要去西區的話也可以從東區坐接駁車過去，20分鐘一班。
自助早餐品種很豐富，連吃三天也不會膩，還試了下酒店的自助晚餐，有火鍋牛羊肉任拿，兩百多的價格真心覺得很值～
美中不足的是酒店不送滑雪場門票，不過每天入住可以抽獎，運氣好可以送的！！！
特別要誇的是服務，非常熱情，很多問題都一對一能解決，第二晚有點感冒了，連送了兩天。特別要誇的是anan和小崔，服務態度很好，接待的阿里小哥哥很帥也很積極
最後：吉克普林滑雪場真的是非常非常值得來，雪質不輸北海道！！景色超美！！！

設施：新蓋的酒店，設施啥的都挺新的。
環境：目前雪場唯一滑進滑出的酒店，便捷。
衞生：總體來説可以，房間一些細節有待加強，保潔阿姨非常熱情。
服務：這個不同區域差異比較大。
每天去抽獎前台小姐姐Gina非常的熱情，每次看到都會笑的很甜，讓人非常開心。
但是餐廳（早餐時段），做麪的師傅（矮個子那個），讓人非常無語及不爽：態度不好；麪條做完隨緣取，好了也不告訴你，別人取了就再等吧；時常不在崗，還需要自己到後廚去找他？看到別人也對他不滿—想讓他多放點菜也不多放，忽視住客合理要求。我朋友都説他是不是不想幹想離職了……

真的很好很好，因為酒店很好，禾木的旅程也延長了三天。在交通運輸這麼不方便的禾木，能有這樣的環境服務真的讓讓感動！每一個工作人員都熱情，前台禮賓房間服務員，都熱情周到，沒有一處bug～住不慣木屋，怕蟲子怕臟的直接選假日就好了。在外面住過那麼多五星，可以説禾木假日真的超出預期太多。特別表揚kelly anna，還有大廳咖啡吧的克迪娜，小朋友每天去吃冰激凌都很開心～

這次預訂的酒店真的超棒，落地窗設計能俯瞰雪景。酒店是滑進滑出，滑雪很方便，服務也很温馨。令我印象深刻的是前台的Gina小姐不僅工作認真負責，而且細節處理也不錯。她總是 耐心傾聽我們的需求，並提供最合適的解決方案 讓我感受到了家的温馨。

環境：酒店大堂確實非常漂亮 包括一樓自助餐廳窗外也能看到雪道 離禾木村10幾分鐘的路程 非常方便
設施：房間大小適宜 有專門放板包的地方 好評
唯一遺憾對於滑雪回來愛泡澡泡腳的家庭 沒有浴缸
衞生：新酒店 衞生狀況還是很好的 打掃衞生的阿姨態度也非常的好
服務：管家Gina細緻周到 到達前就根據我的要求安排了合適的房間 到達後因為家裡有人生病了 也一直在關心並極力自主提供相關的幫助 並送來水果茶點 樓層主管Luis 也在退房時候送來了伴手禮
餐廳每天早晚都有限量供應的食品 而且味道都很不錯
極力推薦 下次來 肯定還會住這裏

不錯的酒店，房間的景觀很好，正對雪場，且從酒店1樓可以直達東大廳非常方便。特別要提的是酒店自助晚餐連續兩晚提供的鮮榨哈密瓜汁和西瓜汁太好喝了，廣東那邊兑水的較多。餐廳有一位會講廣東話的工作人員非常友好，還有大堂Gina也很熱情和貼心，樓層主管Luis也很友好和熱情，房間也安排得很整潔舒適，服務態度都非常的好。下次來吉克普林還會選擇這裏。

酒店在我們到達前一天就聯繫我們 怕我們會不適應還給我們放了加濕器 酒店客服Emily很貼心的加了我們微信 有什麼問題第一時間都能找Emily 她都及時幫我解決各個問題 很暖心的姑娘 窗外就能看到雪場 下去滑雪很方便！非常推薦來禾木選這個酒店 有機會來的話還會選這個酒店！
