Kerrie-Ann and Steve have perfected hospitality. Total relaxation as soon as we walked into our room. Loved the car included, particularly the part about "leave it at the airport unlocked - we'll get it later"! Loved the mobile phone provided to use anywhere on the island. Snorkel, masks and flippers and beach towels complimentary, too. Excellent advice on tours, restaurants, etc too. Will definitely be going back soon.

What a great choice it was to chooseChanners on Norfolk for our 7day stay on Norfolk Island. Kerrieanne and Steve were the best hosts we have had in our many years of travel. The property is set in the most delightful tropical gardens and we had two lovely outdoor places to sit. It was a very relaxed atmosphere. On the inside we had a well equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge area with tv and warm gas fire. We enjoyed our sleep in a very comfortable bed and a hot shower in the morning. We were very spoilt to arrive to a very tasty coconut cake. For me I enjoyed my morning coffee being joined by a number of the chickens that roam the property. A car was included in the price and was essential as there is no public transport, Norfolk Is. Is a lovely place to visit for around 7 days.

Absolutely amazing holiday, and Channers made it all that more special. Lovely clean and well maintained apartment and lovely grounds to compliment it. We lost our luggage on the way over, and the wonderful hosts Kerri Ann and Steve couldn't do enough to help us, even providing toiletries and clothing. Super friendly hosts who are accessible any time. We will definitely be back. Andrew and Lena

We stayed at Channers Norfolk for a 7 day mid-winter break from Sydney. Host, Kerrie-Anne and Steve were on hand to help but not needed. Our apartment was immaculate, facilities and amenities 1st class. Very restful and highly recommendable

My second stay at Channers, 35 years apart. Did not even consider any other accommodation. Fantastic package, close to everything including great restaurants. Kerri-Ann and Steve the best hosts, incredibly thoughtful. Loved the fresh cake on arrival. Apartment tastefully decorated, very comfortable beds, very clean. Many thoughtful items to use throughout our stay. Would highly recommend Channers on Norfolk.

Wonderful accommodation in great location.Kerri-Anne and Steve are great hosts. Kerri-Anne organised our flights to and from Brisbane and maintained excellent communication with us throughout the booking process. Our one bedroom apartment was wonderful with everything supplied you could imagine. The coconut cake on arrival was delicious and the recipe available too! There was also a good supply of delicious mandarins from their tree. Lovely subtropical garden with free ranging chooks along with Richard the rooster! Bed was very comfortable. Having a car supplied at our door was such an asset.

The garden apartment was set up beautifully, the pantry had enough supplies for the two of us. Kerri-Ann explained everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We definitely would recommend to anyone that they stay there. Having the use of a hire car is the ideal way to seethe Island.

Most wonderful experience I’ve ever had- beautiful people Steve and Kerri Ann were so welcoming and helpful and approachable. Apartments are awesome and every detail was like home. Do yourself a favour and stay here and enjoy your stay and love Norfolk Island
