Breakfast is ideal, front porch or back courtyard or indoors, tasty treats beautifully served. The rooms are a delight, the location is perfect for a brief walk downtown to Church Street area where you have your choice of cuisine for sidewalk dining. And Linda is wonder - available, always brings lovely, colorful and brilliant conversation, and has the best top tips for what to do in Burlington and environs. I am giving it a five because it is a quiet and comfortable place with a cool vibe, a great breakfast with many choices, and a very friendly and helpful owner who provided top-notch service. When it was raining, she offered alternative ideas for our day activities - and always provided ideas and recommendations for dinner.

Having travelled a lot, this was probably the best paw-sitive experience we ever had. Our Cocker Spaniel Nelly found not only a towel at the entrance for her wet paws, but was welcome to have breakfast with us, stroll around, had her own bowls, treats, water and even a toy waiting for her in the room. She loved it! And we too, because the beds are so comfortable and the breakfast is delicious. Linda is an excellent host.
