Best Western Plus Burleson Inn Suites

Everything was awesome. The night lady I don't know her name Was more than understanding of my medical situation. I can't thank her Enough. And the hot tub was amazing. Plenty of food for breakfast. The rooms were very clean and the staff more than accommodating.

Nice place- I was greatly surprised by the amenities with in room microwave and refrigerator, coffee, and downstairs a simple free breakfast. Room was quiet and had comfy pillows. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again.

A convenient location of of I 35. Clean modern facility. Room was spacious and bed was comfortable. Close to area restaurants and bike trails. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the jacuzzi and glad the pool was inside.

The staff at check in was extra friendly and went out of her way to help. The room was clean, the bed were comfortable. Rooms are extra spacious with plenty of room for my little one to move around. The indoor pool was a big hit with the kids. I would definitely stay here again!!

Everything about this hotel was good. It was clean, they were nice and the bedding, especially the pillows was fantastic. We even enjoyed the pool, hut tub and outdoor patio. The breakfast was simple, but adequate. Check in and out was a breeze.

From the moment I set foot on the property until I left, my expectations never ceased to be met or exceeded! The hotel receptionist (Leslie) was simply amazing in her courteousness, kindness, knowledge, and in her attentiveness to customer needs. The room was clean, air conditioner well and perfect in overall appearance and comfort. The pool and hot tub were clean and at a perfect temperature. The breakfast was wonderful! Overall, my experience exceeded all my expectations! Thank you so much!

It was easy access and convenient to Heim BBQ , excellent food and drinks. The Staff at Best Western Burleson were the best, personable and knowledgeable with dining options. My stay was perfect. I will return the next time I am in the area. AAA+

Very nice stay! Superior service! Very friendly staff, rooms are very comfortable Came alone on trip, but felt very safe. Free breakfast, was a great incentive The shower was amazing, wish i could of took it home. Bed very comfortable nice soft pillows.

I’ve had to travel every two weeks for two years now to visit and care for a family member. I’m no spring chicken myself and use a cane so ease and comfort with my stay is important. This time my sister was there with me. This hotel has become my home away from home. They greet me by name, know which room is easiest for me to use and have gone over and beyond hospitality at times to make sure that I feel welcome and personally cared for. The hotel is clean, the staff know their stuff and I feel safe there. Best of all, I feel like staying there actually reduces the stresses of WHY I’m there and you just can’t quantify that kind of experience.
