The Bundanoon Guest House

A lovely, well-kept guest house with beautiful gardens. On-site parking was easy, and check-in was quick. Our King Spa ensuite room was beautifully presented, with a convenient door that led directly to the car park. My only suggestion would be for a shelf above the sink to place toiletries. (I placed them on the edge of the spa bath.) The common areas were comfortable and and cosy, with plenty of magazines and books about the local area. There were amenities for all guests to use including two TVs, a fridge/freezer, Nespresso machine, cups, plates and cutlery. The pool table was an unexpected bonus. We enjoyed the continental breakfast, which was tasty and filling. Hosts Tim and Lucie were personable and helpful with local knowledge. The guest house is located opposite the train line, and while you can hear trains passing it isn't loud or intrusive. Shops and restaurants are located about a ten minute walk down the road. We found the guest house to be a well-located base to explore the area, away from the bustle of the larger towns. Would recommend and return for another visit.

I brought my leadership team here to create a memorable experience. All nationalities (AU, NZ, KR, IN, SG, PH, NL) were impressed with the venues personality, the good care, good food and location. The inspiration of the venue, the Morton national park, the villagers and shopkeepers helped update our 3 year strategy plan. On top of that the memories created together through such a potent mix has boosted morale and added to our team culture. I highly recommend taking your team away from the generic hotel offerings of Sydney and give the Bundanoon Guesthouse a try. You will not regret it! Thanks Lucy & Tim for a great week.

My husband and I had a very rare free weekend with just ourselves so we took a drive to Bundanoon and checked in at the Bundanoon Guest House. Highly recommend this place. Tim and Lucie are a very welcoming couple and everything is so nice and clean and well planned and thoughtout. The whole guesthouse is set out beautifully. Lovely rooms to sit in around the property and a very nice afternoon tea of scones is laid out. The included continental breakfast served in the dining room is also very good. The candles burning around the property are amazing and they are for sale. We topped off our stay with dinner at the Italian Restaurant 'Bottega B' just a 10 minute walk down the road. Amazing. Thanks Tim and Lucie, we'll be back with the family :)

Anniversary week away . Started off Friday afternoon to this beautiful place ,first time in Bundanoon but definitely not the last . From the moment we where greeted by Tim then Lucy the choice I made to stay there was 100% correct. We where shown all the facilities then to our beautiful room number 14 . Very comfortable a lovely spa which we enjoyed a few times, homemade biscuits to enjoy with a cuppa in your room or in the lovely sitting room . Games room was great enjoyed a game of pool with a drink from the bar. We also had a beautiful afternoon tea with scones. I have left the best comment to last the breakfast is absolutely fantastic. Tim and Lucy are not only very friendly but extremely professional, we would recommend this guest house . Now to Batemans Bay

Best experience for ages. From the greeting as your car is unpacked and taken to your room, whilst you have a glass of wine in reception, you know you are in for a treat. The food is amazing the cocktails imaginative, the rooms comfortable and the team are so intent on making your stay memorable. We did waterfall walks, a glow-worm visit and a early morning coffee with the kangaroos. Nothing is left to chance, you are going to have a great time and feel pampered. Thank you.

Wonderful hospitality and a beautifully maintained property. Very comfy bed, and newly renovated bathroom. Lovely historic photographs and elegant furnishings. There was a nice common lounge area and we enjoyed a healthy breakfast of fruit, yoghurt, delicious frittata and toast. Recommended and we would stay again.
