This home was just finished in 2021 and we enjoyed it for the past year before listing! Everything is new. Our home has a open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and spacious rooms. Large smart TV’s in master bedroom and the living room with cable. We have a new air hockey game in the living room for the family to enjoy! The top level deck is oversized with glass panels for the railings to make it extra nice to relax and watch the river flow by from any one of the outdoor spaces! The kitchen is a dream which has double sinks, a large island with bar seating, a wine fridge, a fully stocked coffee bar and much more! The lower deck is great for sitting closer to the river with gates that lead to our private dock or a gate that opens to allow you to walk down to the shore to swim, float, set up beach chairs and easy up etc. The property is fully enclosed with block walls on the sides of home and wrought iron across the bottom.
