Sunseeker Holiday Complex

Arrived on Sunday 13/10/24 was greeted by the owners son,who was extremely friendly and helpful. This is a family run complex with rooftop pool,bar and restaurant. We were here for only 4 nights and will Definitely Be Returning next year. Myself or my girlfriend can not praise the staff enough they are absolutely fantastic. This is a fantastic base in St Paul's Bay to get out and see what Malta has to offer. Next year we hope to have an apartment although our room was well appointed and had a side view of the bay. My girlfriend needs a bit more room This break was booked via TUI and our flights were with KM Airways. Plane was exceptionally clean and stewards amazing.

A lovely warm welcome from the owners of the hotel and the staff. A lovely small hotel with great amenities. A great breakfast and view of the bay from the rooftop we did bed and breakfast and there was everything we needed for cooking meals. The room was very clean and spacious and we had 2 balconies I have already recommended this hotel to my family and friends and would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you to the owners and staff for making this a wonderful holiday.

I travelled to Malta with my Mother and Niece for 7 nights in August 2024. We opted for a self catering option with having a 2 year old with us. Upon arrival, the reception area was extremely welcoming and we were effortlessly checked-in within 5 minutes. We had a very spacious and spotless 3 bedroom appartment that featured a terrace and a small balcony, an absolute treat! The appartment featured everything you'd expect in self catering, a large kitchen (cooker, large free standing fridge, toaster, kettle etc.) and dining area, sofa area, large bedroom and bathroom with shower (with hairdryer!). The appartment had air-conditioning throughout, which was delightful considering Malta was experiencing extremely high temperatures for August at the time. There is both an infant and large pool on the roof (outside pool) and in the basement area (indoor), as well as a gym etc. The outdoor/pool areas feature a lot of sunbeds, parasols and seating places, as well as a small in-door shop for refreshments, which was great for days around the pool. The Sunseeker is located in a great spot in St Paul's Bay. It is surrounded by restaurants and shops within a 2 minute walking distance in all directions. There is a nice mix between local restaurants and larger chains (Pizza Hut, Starbucks, McDonalds etc.) So perfect for eating out. It is a 3 minute walk to the 'beach' area. Although the beaches here aren't sandy, they're still accessible. However, we didn't use them as the drop to the sea/lack of sand wasn't suitable for a 2 year old. The bus station is a 5-10 minute walk away which allowed us to have a day trip to Valletta for €6 per adult using a daily unlimited travel pass. Plenty of small food shops and supermarkets (we used Wellbees) close by for those who opt for self-catering. We will definitely return to this hotel, when we return to Malta. All staff here did their upmost to make our stay enjoyable. I cannot recommend this hotel enough!

Nice Aparthotel in central Bugibba. Superb Central Location . Good for Self Catering as the Kitchen was very well fitted out with everything you'd need. Excellent Air Con and found it comfortable inside. The Balcony very small but adequate for two. We paid extra for the seaview which was nice, but all the views encompass the dreary rooftops around. we found the beds comfortable but the bathroom was basic and needs upgrading soon. The pool area nice, plenty of sunloungers but sometimes the other clientelle can overpower any relaxation. Thought €3.50 for a small ice cream a bit expensive from the cafeteria so chose the many seafront options nearby. Staff all pleasant and the Hotel is only 10 mins walk from Bus station and Wellbees Supermarket.

This is my 4th time of staying here and I cannot fault the Complex at all. Staff always helpful and friendly, happy to give advice. I have had different rooms on different floors over the years and all have been more than adequate for my needs with suitable cooking facilities, nice bathrooms and fresh bedding and towels provided mid-week. Wi-fi readily available in all areas. The pool is a little cold when first getting into, but nice and refreshing after a period of time sunbathing. Lifts available on both sides of the building allowing access to the rooftop pool and snack area. Supermarket just up the road for any provisions needed, plenty of eating places along the sea front which is a very short stroll away. Malta has a very good bus service serving almost every nook of the island and a great way to explore. I personally took advantage of this and downloaded the app for the buses and purchased a 7 day unlimited travel card for ease. Would thoroughly recommend Sunseekers.

Very clean modern apart/hotel, the staff are all lovely and can't do enough for you, in a very good location. The bar prices are very reasonable and there's plenty of choice at both the rooftop pool bar and the bar downstairs. We'd definitely go back.

This hotel was brilliant couldn't do enough to help us my wife as slight mobility problems and they helped me to get a electric scooter hire had it delivered to hotel Hotel rooms very clean and a rooftop pool to keep cool very short walk from beach and sea and loads of food places near by we went bed and breakfast that was allso very nice thank you and we will be returning

This hotel is a gem.. ideally placed for restaurants, bars and shops and the sea. We had a one bedroom apartment which was fully equipped (although I didn't do any cooking!) Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were nice and cool.. our downside was our balcony wasn't very big and looked out onto the opposite hotel block.. we could see the sea though. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.. and Seven and Shakeel.. the night staff.. were ready with our night time tipples ofter our evenings out.. Breakfast was served next to the roof top pool.. We could understand why alot of the guest returned because everyone one was so friendly..

This is a 3* apartment/hotel so luxurious it isn't. However, it was very clean and comfortable. Towels changed every 2 days, bed linen every 4 days. The pool area with it's cafe/bar was very clean and well maintained, though the pool is small. There is an indoor pool and laundry facilities are available for a cost. We paid a bit extra for a sea view - most of the Jet 2 apartments don't have this. There's also a safe in the room. Air conditioning was in the kitchen/living area, but only a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Location: you're just behind the sea front, very good for accessing bars, restaurants and beach facilities. Bear in mind the beaches are quite small. Excellent bus service from the bus station which is within 10 mins walk. From there you can get a bus all over the island, including up to Cerkewwa to get the ferry to Gozo. Buses can get crowded. On the whole this was very good value for money. Buggibba is a very busy resort.
