A gem! This hotel is affordable, modernized, and located in a desirable neighborhood in Buenos Aires. The staff is welcoming and attentive, the rooms are comfortable and modernized, and the breakfast is delicious. Keep up the excellent work!

Room was tired and old. Things in the room were broken. Breakfast was very limuted, you can't take food by your own, only to show staff what to give you in small plate! Very small elevator didn't work properly so the best option was to go by stairs. The staff don't speak Englush. Location is excelent in the best part of the town.

Justo coincidió con una maratón que tenía su base operativa en el hotel, lo que generó un caos de gente y una ocupación completa. No había lugar en las cocheras propias lo que te genera un problema para dejar el auto en pleno Palermo. Algo desatendido en lo que es mantenimiento....en las dos habitaciones que ocupamos había algo roto o no funcionaba....desde una tapa de luz a un enchufe.....el cable no anduvo en ninguno de los dos televisores. El aire de una de las habitaciones no calentaba y ante el pedido de solución me dijeron que lo arreglaban y lo dejaban funcionando....cosa que no ocurrió. El domingo llegamos al desayuno a las 10:35 hs y "ya estaba cerrado". La verdad que es una lástima porque es un hotel lindo, dispone de deptos. para 4 que son muy funcionales en Familia y con una ubicación excelente.

Genial y espectacular el personal...Federico..Vanina...todoss...eldesayuno espectacular,la limpieza...la ubicación Florencia...todo e establecimiento re limpio y ordenado.El desayuno de 1era...Federico,las chicas...la piscina, el aire siempre todo funcionando

Una de las habitaciones no tenia agua caliente, la otra no le funcionaba la mochila del inodoro ni las canillas de la ducha, colchones viejos y vencidos. En el desayuno no te permiten elegir lo que te servis, tenes que ir pidiendo y te lo sirven ellos, No es ni por asomo un 4 estrellas, con suerte llega a 2 estrellas

No es de 4 Estrellas, apenas 2,5. El loby huele raro y los baños de la PB son viejos. La habitación (1406) amplia, buena cama, buenas toallas y sábanas, limpia, el baño viejo y descuidado aunque todo funcionaba. Destaco la amabilidad de atención en front desk. Desayuno básico. Es barato y muy bien ubicado .

Muy medio pelo.. Hotel viejo y descuidado, falta muchísimo mantenimiento. Problemas con el agua caliente en pleno invierno. De cuatro ascensores funcionaba uno solo para todo el hotel. Colchones viejos. El desayuno zafa y la limpieza también. Bien ubicado.

Hotel en decadencia..sin mantenimiento..nos quedamos sin agua caliente, no hay caja de seguridad en la habitación, los televisores más q obsoletos y no funcionan.. El ascensor de terror, olor a cloaca desde la recepción hasta el piso 13 que fue el q nos tocó. No lo recomiendo para nada. Lo único bueno la ubicación. Y figura como 4 estrellas..

Malísima experiencia, las fotos no coincidían con lo que eran las habitaciones, ni andaba el agua caliente, no funcionaba la TV, sucio, el personal nada amable y por el precio sinceramente una estafa, el desayuno no podías servirte y el wifi lamentable… no se lo recomendó a nadie!
