The Howard Johnson Abasto hotel has amenities adapted for leisure and business stays immediate means of transport and cultural activities. The amenities we provide in our 42 rooms have- separate toilette and bathroom LED TV balcony bathtub Jacuzzi international plugs and connectors for laptop electronic box safe WiFi throughout the hotel desk and chairs inside of the rooms. Three meeting rooms with a capacity of 30 to 400 people. Breakfast room with natural light courtyard for smokers and terrace. All of our rooms are smoke free and pet friendly. We provide maximum comfort during Shabbat without being intended exclusively for the Jewish community. It has all the necessary standards and certifications for a breakfast service supplied by kosher products. It has a glass elevator that connects all the levels. Also we have an important stair so that the religious guests can use it during the days of Sabbath candles available we allow to light candles in the rooms we have 2 locks on the door that allows you to use both the electronic and conventional key. Automatic timer system to turn lights on and off. Mi experiencia en este hotel fue extremadamente decepcionante. La habitación estaba en condiciones inaceptables: había vidrios rotos en la ventana que estaban pegados con cinta adhesiva, polvo acumulado en los muebles y debajo de los escritorios. La nevera no funcionaba y, a pesar de solicitar un cambio, me informaron que no había personal ni neveras disponibles. Además, encontré objetos extraños en el piso al llegar, como pedazos de confetti y lo que parecía ser un trozo de un guante. El sofá tenía manchas blancas y las toallas estaban deshilachadas, algunas incluso con agujeros. Cuando pedí cambiarlas o conseguir toallas adicionales, me informaron que esto tendría un costo extra y solo era posible solicitarlo durante el horario de limpieza. El personal, salvo Gonzalo, quien me recibió en la madrugada, fue extremadamente irrespetuoso. Al exigir hablar con la supervisora, me informaron que no estaba en el hotel y se negó a hablar conmigo, lo cual considero una falta de respeto total. Estábamos alojados en 8 habitaciones de mi familia, y nos querían cobrar 200 dólares adicionales por tener una bebé en la reserva, para la cual no tenían una cuna disponible. La única razón por la que no nos fuimos es que este era el único hotel cercano a donde necesitábamos estar para un evento familiar.
