Hotel maravilhoso!

We spent a week at this hotel and loved everything about it! The location, the rooms, the service, the breakfast as well as other food in the restaurants was exceptional! We would also like to recognize Diego, the Concierge who made our trip to Argentina so special. He organized a trip to Iguazu Falls, sightseeing in Buenos Aires, a spectacular opera at Teatro Colon and a very enjoyable dinner and Tango evening! 5 stars all the way…especially the service personified by Diego!

I chose to stay at Palladio Hotel Buenos Aires for 5 nights for my vacation because of its central location in Recoleta. This is my very first time in Buenos Aires. We selected this hotel because of great reviews, and it guaranteed two separate queen size beds and rooms have balconies. Because our flight from the U.S. arrive early in the morning we didn’t expect to the room ready on arrival which was around 11am. Check in time starts at 3:00pm, and we were lucky since the hotel had 1 room available for an early check in. We were super happy because we had traveled for 20 hours to get to Buenos Aires. The room is very spacious, very well appointed, with a large balcony, where you find two chairs and a coffee table, overlooking a beautiful park and the city. The balcony has a large mirror-wall separating you from your neighbor, you never see them. The room has modern amenities, oversized bathroom, and lots and lots of closet space! Of course, it has a mini fridge, stocked minibar, a safe that fits a laptop with a power outlet (details), an iron and an ironing board. The room also has 2 arm chairs and a table. I do have to say that the hotel staff is available to you 24/7 and will work with you to make sure you have an amazing stay. They really are passionate at what they do. A few names I’d like to mention who stood out during our stay: Valentina, Sash, Eduardo, Matthias, Diego-concierge, Fernando, Thomas, Mauro from the spa, the restaurant (Agata, Angel, and others) and bar staff - everyone is there works very hard to make sure the guests are happy. The food in the restaurant is delicious; we had breakfast, lunch and dinner. I really appreciated how everyone took care of our stay. I cannot wait to return to your beautiful city again sooner rather than later. Thank you! 🙏🏼

This was the first stop on our honeymoon trip to Argentina! The hotel was not too far from the airport and in a fantastic location for walking around the city. All the staff we met were very professional, kind, and helpful. We did not have a chance to have dinner at the hotel but the drinks at the bar were great and the breakfast spread was extensive and quite tasty. We would definitely stay here again!

I have reviewed this hotel when we stayed a couple of years ago, and I can say again that I was so happy to have chosen Palladio to stay. Having had a great experience with this hotel last time, we chose to stay our whole three weeks at Palladio and cannot give this hotel a high enough score. We stayed in the Executive King room with balcony. The rooms are just so spacious and we never felt like we were cramped in a room at all. The staff were as always went above and beyond what was required of them and I can't thank them enough. It is a very intimate hotel that you feel you are home each time you come back from a day out. The restaurant is definitely worth trying, we had a beautiful meal there as well as we tried the high tea which was something also worth trying. The area is ideal for tourists and business people, with access to trains and busses only a few minutes away from the hotel. Santa Fe is close by and offers so many restaurants and shops. If you like walking as we do, apart from the spectacular buildings around, you can get to the following areas within 30 minutes walking; Nuevo de Julio, Santa Fe, Teatro Colon, Alto Palermo Shopping to name just a few. I would not think twice when booking my bi annual holidays to Buenos Aires, it will always be the Palladio. Thank you to all the fantastic staff, you do your hotel proud.

Incredible one of the best customer service I ever had in Buenos Aires. The restaurant had everything for you. Meals are wonderful my plate was the specialty of the house and I could cut the meat with a spoon. ( Literally) It was delicious. I would always recommend it.
