Our experience at this hotel fell far short of what one would expect from a property of this category. The quality of the food was very disappointing, with poorly prepared, flavorless dishes—completely unacceptable for a place that markets itself as luxurious. The service from the waitstaff was another major letdown: slow, inattentive, and generally unprofessional. However, the worst part was dealing with Mr. Ivan, the restaurant manager. We tried to express our concerns politely, but his lack of empathy and defensive attitude made the experience even worse. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re looking for quality service or a good dining experience. A major disappointment in every way.
