Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional. The location is absolutely incredible !!! Just step outside, and you’re already in the heart of the city, surrounded by its most iconic landmarks. The service exceeded all expectations! We were warmly welcomed and even offered early check-in, which was a wonderful surprise. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options, and the coffee was really good . Every detail made us feel genuinely cared for- we would return without hesitation!

Beautiful building and nice decoration. Great location! Handy to public transport and shops. Room is spacious and super clean. Quiet and comfy bedding. Would love to come back for next trip!

We were given a room for the handicapped with no reason. There was no place for putting towel or wash bag in the toilet. The room phone was not working. Overall, it’s not a five star hotel, maybe 3-4 stars.

Great central location. Walking distance to everything. Easy check in, check out.

High standard hotel. Fantastic position next to the presidential palace. Amazing building.

My partner and I absolutely loved this hotel. It is beautiful throughout and the staff are incredible. The rooms seemed sound proof, clean and stocked with everything we need. We unfortunately didn't have a good view and the breakfast option was very standard but otherwise it was a lovely stay. My only other complaint was that the double bed weren't very comfortable but that can differ from person to person.

地理位置鬧中取靜，房間在同價位五星酒店裡是算很大的，格局也好，服務不錯，最厲害的是前台旁邊放了歡迎香檳可以自助，我們每天都在喝，算是很大方的酒店，建築內部外部都很漂亮，下次來布達佩斯大概率會選擇同一家酒店

Hotel di lusso a pochissimi passi dal parlamento.fermata metro tram e bus a pochi metri. Struttura eccellente, personale gentile cordiale e disponibile,servizi top,colazione di gran livello.insomma ci tornerei anche domani.

距離國會大廈很近，到鏈橋的距離步行也可接受，傍晚可以錯峯至多瑙河畔欣賞粉色夕陽。 酒店裝飾很優雅，房間大小超過預期。 不足的地方是酒店雖然提供叫車服務，但沒有提醒會收取叫車服務費

Немного далеко от центра. В номере нет ушных палочек и минеральную воду дали только один раз , так это гостиница 5 звезд. Официанты за завтраком не объяснили  что основное блюдо надо выбрать по меню. Случайно заметила это меню, перед отъездом. Двоякое впечатление от отеля, вроде красиво, но сервис не очень. При входе с тобой никто не здоровается.

酒店前台態度惡劣，對客户的需求置之不理，明明樓上有高樓層，硬把我們幾個房間全部安排在0層，多次協商才給我們換兩間高樓層。 打電話多要一床被子，酒店也説服務部下班了，沒人送。作為五星級酒店，這種服務我們感到非常失望，體驗感超級差。 一行七八個人，有車接送，讓他們幫忙出具一張停車證，以免司機被罰款。以我們是在第三方訂酒店為由，拒絕出具證明。 我們一共11家房間，大部分全部安排在0層，對這家酒店失望至極！ 以後也不會再次訂這家酒店！
