The service at this hotel was terrible, even though it was priced similarly to other hotels in the area.
To begin with, it is a private lodging type facility with no reception, and the check-in procedure is complicated. There are no keys or key cards, and you have to install an app on your smartphone to unlock your room, but this process takes a lot of time and effort.
Although this hotel is located in a building, it is very difficult to find as there are no large signs either outside or inside, just a small laminated sign with the hotel name written on it.
The worst thing was that there was no WIFI working in the hotel lobby or in the rooms, so I was unable to use WIFI for the entire stay. After checking in, I tried to inform them that there was no WIFI signal, but when I called the inquiry line, no one answered.The next day at noon, the hotel staff only replied, "WIFI is out of order and cannot be used. We are asking for repairs, but we don't know when it will be repaired."In the end, we were unable to use WIFI at all during our stay, and had to attend to private business. It also affected my work.
The room has a kitchen and a Nespresso coffee maker, but there are no coffee capsules. There were only four teabags.
There is only one small TV in the room. It was fixed upwards on the wall and was difficult to use.
There was an ironing board but no iron.
There are no amenities and only one set of large and small towels.
I will never stay at this hotel again!
