Enough for use with good location. We arrived early and the staff packed the room and let us check in and store luggage there. They are friendly overall. However, it may be a bit difficult to communicate in English that day with the staff.

Friendly Staff

優點1，位置特別是市中心，非常方便，周圍有2條地鐵，多個公交車，步行去河邊，輪渡碼頭；周圍很多好吃的，還有lidl aldi這種超市～ps lidl的麪包蠻好吃的 優點2，我遇到的工作人員特別特別nice，非常友好，健談，説英語 缺點沒有電梯，需要自己拿行李上樓 這就是個樸素的普通小旅店，是物有所值的

La habitación perfecta. Grande, con colchones cómodos y muy limpia. Desayuno limitado, pero aceptable.

ウィーン西駅から徒歩3分、地下鉄、トラムの駅も近く観光スポットへのアクセスは非常にいい。部屋の設備は一般であるが、洗面台の栓が故障していて、開かず水が流れなかった。フロントにクレームをしたらすぐに対応してくれたが、結局直らなかった。

市中心區域，出行方便。設施比較老舊，但服務很熱情

下午六點去入住，還被告知沒房，又等了一小時才辦理入住，當被問起早上十點就退房，到下午六點，八個小時的時間打掃房間還不夠嗎，前台男士回答，你是來投訴的嗎？OK，那就投訴吧

모두 좋은데 샴푸. 비누. 커피포트가 없어요 귀여운건 필기구가 몽땅연필. 깨끗해요 아침 조식도 청결하고 간소하면서도 좋아요 1층에 레스토랑이 있는데 친절하고 좋아요

房間雖然小，但是該有的都有，也很乾淨整潔。櫃檯人員很親切，英文也很能溝通，非常滿意。 飯店距離河岸很近，附近也是熱鬧的地方，吃飯購物都很方便。

Really nice but basic hotel. I had a single room 118, which was on the first floor. It was really clean with nice decor. The shower room was a decent size and good pressure and hot water. The only problem was the bed was a memory foam with no spring support. Also the plugs have a safety device in them, which was broken when I arrived so a little hard to charge your phone at the side of the bed

This hotel is in a perfect location on the Pest side. We had first floor rooms, up 2 flights of stairs. We were aware there were no lifts as it was clearly stated in the hotel information when we booked. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The shower was very small but had great pressure and hot water. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but was available if required. The staff were lovely and gave great advice as well as booking tickets for us. A special mention to Ildiko on reception, she was brilliant. A great base with everything we needed.

This beautiful hotel a stones throw from the main centre, budapest is flat, We could get to the Christmas markets and fashion street in 10-15 walk The hotel i clean and friendly Room was big with bathroom and large bed Unfortunately no lift but for able Body the stairs are ok And the Irish bar next door

A very good base for a few days away. Only a couple minutes walk to Vaci Street with all the shops, bars and restaurants. Very friendly and helpful staff and a clean room with comfortable beds. No lift which was fine as we were on the first floor, but tea/coffee making facilities would have been a huge bonus. Would definitely stay here again and would suggest this hotel for anybody visiting Budapest!

Great little hotel, in a fab central location. Our stay was pleasant at the Pilvax. Our room was big, airy and modern. The bathroom and room were clean. Breakfast was OK, there is a coffee machine, cereals, different milks, bread buns,bread for toasting, cold meats/cheese, yogurts, little pastries, cooked sausage and egg. Yes the reception area could do with an upgrade but don't let that put you off. The area itself is quiet, your close to Vaci St, couple minutes from metro/bus and tram links. Just a perfect place for a couple of nights to explore beautiful Budapest. My only gripe was that there was only 1 pillow on the bed per person and no tea/coffee facilities in the room.
