If you like showers that flood floors each time you shower and want to mop this is the place for you even the management will let you know this is the design which I found hard to believe just pre warning people who don’t want to mop after every shower and the possibility of slipping

Just stayed at the k46 residence for 3 nights it was fabulous couldn't fault a thing great location staff very friendly and helpful would definitely recommend to anyone thinking of coming the staff also gave us tips on which spa to use and a must to do is reserve the magic restaurant for a meal it's walking distance and you won't be disappointed especially if your a Harry Potter fan

Nice hotel with plenty of space - 4 of us had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. great location - very close walking to many main attractions. Apartment was warm. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to make a basic dinner Only complaint was that the entrance from the road to reception (probably 50 metres or more) was wet and very very slippery for the first two days we were there (I truly thought I would fall). It was cleaned up and mopped dry on the third day and great after that.

Great location. Walkable to many sightseeing destinations within 15-20 minutes very spacious with reception desk and elevator. Quiet yet a block away from street full of bars and restaurants. Had the executive suite which did have upper level spiral stairs. Great for group.

We stayed here during the F1 in Hungary and getting to and from the track from this hotel was easy it’s located in a great place around some little shops and plenty of places to eat the room was immaculate and has everything you could need. Would recommend.

The apartment and location are good. The hotel staff and management are not professional. They will try to charge you for every thing possible . The hotel policy is not clear and they never explain their policy so they can charge you for hidden fees for example they charge 4 euros as check in fee and it has to be cash!!

Basic residence. We stayed in a three bedroom two bathroom apartment. The apartment had a balcony looking out on the courtyard. There was a kitchen with oven, microwave, electric stove, crockery and a dishwasher (that smelt like something had died in it). There was just enough space for 6 of us to sit comfortably in the lounge. You are expected to take the rubbish out yourself and to trek through different buildings to find the bins in an underground carpark. No new bin bags are provided and if you ask reception this is an extra charge. The bedrooms are very small and there is no headboard unless you move the beds around (if you do this its very difficult to get in and out of the room) so your pillow will just fall off the bed. The bathrooms are a bit problematic and get water all over the floor as there is only a half shower door so be prepared to mop the floor after each use. Overall shower pressure is good and your are given some shampoo/soap. Staff were not very helpful and rude. When we requested extra towels we were told it was an extra 3 euro per towel. Each guest is provided with one towel and then there is one hand towel in the bathroom which everyone is expected to share. Over the weekend the other guests were very loud in the courtyards at all times of the night and we were woken multiple times during the night from shouting and loud music. After the weekend when the "revellers" had gone home it was much quieter but I would say that if you are visiting for a weekend and want a peaceful night this is not the place to stay. The apartments seemed to attract lots of Stag parties. Overall this was definitely an ok place to say but definitely take into account the noise at night and that you will be charged for absolutely anything extra.

Having read the reviews we decided on these apartments. They are excellent value for money, safe, clean, perfectly located, well attended with 24hr reception. We stayed over Easter as a family three nights in total. We had noisy neighbours on two out of three nights. A 3am party below and an 11pm party to our left. We did not complain, I left the toilet fan on to drown out the noise but this would be horrendous in summertime with the balcony doors open. So I would not recommend if you have a young family. Other than that everything was perfect.

Booked this stay as a family trip and overall the apartment was clean and in an excellent location - very convenient and close to everything you need. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was very, very spacious and the staff were friendly. There were a couple of downfalls - although I know this isn't a hotel, we asked if we would be able to get an extra towel or two and this wasn't something that was available which for an apartment of 4 adults would've been nice to have some extras. I also felt as though a few parts of the building/apartment were quite unsafe, we stayed in apartment 701 and the although the huge wrap around balcony was lovely, to get onto the balcony you had to step up from inside the apartment onto a slight ledge (one ledge out side each room) which had wooden planks, some of which were broken and were dangerous to step on/created a trip hazard. The balcony had glass panels around the edge and these had quite big gaps and no indication of how it was secured (i.e metal brackets), although I'm sure it was safe, it just looked incredibly dangerous and was not something I wanted to get close to, which was a shame as the balcony itself was nice. Overall I would recommend this apartment, there were just a few things that brought it down for me personally.
