Great location. Spacious and renovated room with good views.

Завтраки в китайском ресторане. Завтрак шведский стол: омлет, бекон, сырные и колбасные нарезки, мюсли, круассаны. Окно в номере не открывается.

The location is good and can be easily accessed from the airport via the local bus and train. The rooms are well-sized and the bathrooms are quite modern. It was a bit difficult sleeping, but not bad. The breakfast can get very busy and it seems to only have a limited number of tables at peak times, particularly 08:00 and it often got much quieter after 8:45 if you want to avoid waiting for a table!

Good location close to the airport bus route (100) and a short walk to the Cala Victoriei which leads to the old town (about 3k walk) and is probably the best road in the city for bars, restaurants, gelataria, coffee shops, casinos, museums etc. Our room was a reasonable size with a marble bathroom and good shower. The beds weren't particularly comfortable and the sheets were not a good fit. The hotel restaurant doubles as a Chinese restaurant in the evening. Breakfast is adequate but can get very busy.

Amazing hotel, warm and loving staff, always looking for how to help, everything is clean, free high-speed internet, large and beautiful rooms, good breakfast, perfect location you are in the middle of everything 3 minutes walk to public transportation train city center and you don't hear anything, even the number 100 bus from the airport comes to the hotel entrance half a dollar per person, not our first time at the hotel and every time we are happy to come again. As soon as you arrive you get the room even if it is early in the morning, just perfect

was a comfortable stay, spacious and quiet rooms (asked for back side room, not the front ones, viewing on the Avenue). Breakfast was very good. Good location, if you like walking, easy to the center (15' max). More detailed cleaning inside the rooms. Spa facilities (sauna, jacuzzi, etc) is under payment.

We stayed in the hotel recently 2 times while having a trip in Romania, the second time was 2 days after we checked out the first time. We are a family of 6 - even though the hotel confirmed they have a big enough apartment that will be ready for six, in reality in both times the room was set for 4. On the first time the team tried their best to help even though the required person was in sick leave. On the second time I had to argue with the reception guy - who was very unpleasant and unwilling to help. Only after showing him the confirmation email for the 2 other beds, he said ok, tomorrow he will call the manager to check what to do - again I had to argue that he should help today.... Bottom line... The hotel is descent, the service is very poor. The breakfast is ok. The lobby bar is constantly closed, so no bar at the lobby. The room (so called apartment) was not big enough for a family of 6, as they claimed when I made the reservation. For 4 it is ok, but ot is not an apartment, it is a room with 2 separate bedrooms, that's it. We will not come back there.

Terrible, the worst exeperiece and the biggest scam I've ever had related to a hotel. There is a 2 stars hotel (dirty inside), not 4 stars... I've made my booking via *********** but the hotel didn't receive it. So, I had to wait for about 1h, in the middle of the night. At Minerva's Hotel reception, there was an old man, not so polite, tired and bored of his work. He told me "I can't make your appointment in our system", even though I showed him my confirmation from ***********, so in the end I had to make in addition another booking at Minerva's reception, which means another 75 EUR. So in total I've paid the reservation twice, 150 EUR). Next morning, I asked again at their reception if there is any confirmation for my booking, but the answer was short and dry "NO!". More than that, we've paid 20 EUR for breakfast, for me and my colleague. You can see below the horrible food they have. The pictures were made on 27th October at Minerva Hotel, in the morning at breakfast.

I stayed here as part of a tour and while the room was comfortable, I think two nights was enough. I managed to flood the bathroom while taking a shower and I have no idea how as the shower panel was in place, it seems like maybe they were expecting that as their is a drain in the middle of the bathroom floor. Unfortunately I did not foresee this and ended up getting my towels and clothes which I had left on the floor soaked. I stuck to the bath after that! Breakfast also wasn't great, the food was okay, pretty standard but they clearly could not cope with the amount of guests that were staying in the hotel. It was really difficult both mornings to either find somewhere to sit or find clean plates, cups etc. The bed was comfortable and I did sleep well. The wi-fi was good. This was also the first hotel I'd stayed in with a kettle. Tea bags & coffee were provided but no milk. However there is a fridge in the room, so you could buy your own and store it there. The location of this hotel is about a 30 min walk to old town. Overall pretty standard accommodation.

We were put in this hotel as our flight was cancelled,supposed four star but very dated & more like two star,staff were ok,room smelt of unwashed bed & people,no window to open & air on didn’t appear to work so room was very hot, bathroom very small thank goodness we were only there for a few hours,Fitness centre closed so some of group not happy,breakfast ok but not out of this world & basic,we wouldn’t want to stay again.
