It really depends on what you're looking for! If you just want a standard room to crash out at night... This will suit! If you want something that doesn't look like the carpets haven't been changed in 30 years and full of stains, has a reception that doesn't open till 12noon, this probably isn't for you. Unfortunately the pictures make it look far superior than it is, never felt so disappointed opening my hotel room door ever!

I am very disappointed with the service. No one at the reception desk. I called from my hotel room many times as I needed service and no one was there to help. They book you in and after you in there is no one at the reception’s desk. There were a nasty smell coming from the room and toilet, like a sewerage pipe that was blocked. No complimentary coffee as their welcome book states. Not a very pleasant stay, however the rooms were nice and clean.

We stayed in the king suite with hot tub room. The room was extremely spacious and amazing for the price. Everything was clean and the hot tub worked fine. Has great views. Mattress could have been better as there were some areas where I could feel the springs. But I would recommend and would stay here again. Old town is about a 15 minute walk or 4 minutes in a taxi which cost around £4. About 35 minutes from the airport and the Uber costs around £14. Theres a little shop about a minute away where you can buy any essentials or snacks and drinks. The hotel has a bar which we saw but didn’t use. Seemed nice though. Staff were friendly. Overall a good experience.

The staff were very friendly and helpful especially Christian. The room service was every day and the rooms are very nice and large. We had the top suite with outside space, the only fault we can say is the carpet was not very good We would use the hotel again

This place deserves at most 2 stars. The room (upgraded deluxe) was dirty, noisy and there was a funny smell in it, uncomfortable bed and cushions, the staff was rude, no breakfast not because it wasn't included but because they don't open the restaurant until late. The worst experience ever!

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel per 3 notti in una junior suite, sulla camera non c’è niente da dire… molto pulita, accogliente e calda. La reception poco accogliente.. appena arrivati non c’era nessuno, ho dovuto cercare qualcuno.. trovando una ragazza che non sapeva parlare neanche l’inglese. La reception è aperta dalle 12:00 alle 00:00. L’ultima serata appena tornata in albergo la carta non accedeva alla stanza, fortunatamente la reception era aperta ma come al solito ho dovuto cercare qualcuno… Mi chiedo… se il problema riscontrato mi sarebbe capitato in mattinata, chi mi avrebbe aiutato siccome la reception in mattinata è chiusa?

Esperienza decisamente da migliorare, siamo stati accolti in una stanza che doveva essere una hall ma con le sembianze di un’area di cantiere,fili ovunque con muratori che lavorano e polvere a mai finire! Sarebbe stato più opportuno forse chiudere la stanza adibita ad hall ed effettuare l’accoglienza nel portone adiacente dove si sale per le stanze. L’accoglienza pessima, l’addetto al check-in non sapeva una parola in italiano (malgrado ci è stato detto che loro conoscevano la lingua) mentre in inglese faceva di tutto per non farsi capire. La stanza, tutto sommato carina, peccato però che la moquette era tutta macchiata e poco pulita, al contrario del bagno, con tutti gli accessori da viaggio.
