Bucharest Comfort Suites Hotel

My family and I had a great time at Buchurest Comfort Suites. We were 6 adults and three kids and the staff took great care of us, and they did accommodate all our requests. Many thanks to Nikoleta and the other blond lady at reception. Great customer service!!

Missing bulbs in the bedside lamps: On the first day, I also informed the reception that the bulbs in the bedside lamps were missing. The receptionist seemed shocked and assured me that the issue would be resolved immediately. However, the bulbs were never brought during the entire stay. I also took photos and videos of this issue. Shower problems: The shower drain barely worked. This meant that every shower led to a flooded bathroom, and potentially the hotel room. I was instructed to place many towels on the floor and was even given a mop to deal with the water. Since the water took a while to heat up, I had to take cold and very quick showers to avoid flooding the room. The bathroom door falling off: One of the most serious issues was that the bathroom door fell off, creating a dangerous and extremely embarrassing situation. Due to this incident, I had to deal with an open bathroom in my room, which significantly impacted my comfort and privacy. I must emphasize that the door simply fell when I opened it to go to the bathroom, and I had to jump out of the way. Lack of timely solutions: Despite the numerous issues, I was only offered to move to another room on the morning of my last day, which shows a complete lack of interest in promptly resolving the situation. Breakfast quality: I was deeply disappointed with the breakfast offered, which consisted of fried eggs and sausages every day, with no variation or additional options. This added to my overall frustration. Staff behavior: The most disturbing part was the behavior of the receptionist, Florin, on the morning of my departure (and the day before). He insinuated that the problem with the bathroom door was caused by me, suggesting that I had intentionally pulled on the door to break it. I consider this remark to be a serious insult, especially considering the door nearly hit me. Moreover, he did not even apologise for his insinuations. His comment, which I quote: "I heard from maintenance that the door didn't just fall on its own," was the final straw. Until that morning, I had tried to stay optimistic and refrain from escalating the issue. However, this insinuation, in the context of the door almost hitting me, crossed any limit. The manger Lavinia had then reiterated in writing that I must have pulled the door off intentionally - completely disregarding my safety and my comments about my own safety. Emails can be sent to owner and higher management on request The phone in the room did not work: On the first day, I noticed that the phone in the room was not working. I immediately reported this to the reception, but despite the promises made, the issue was not resolved during my entire stay. I also made a video recording to document this technical problem.

Estuvimos alojados dos familias (de dos adultos y un niño cada familia), desde el 23 al 25 de enero 2025. Cuando llamamos por teléfono para reservar directamente nos informaron que teníamos la posibilidad de tener transfer al hotel, precio incluido en la reserva, por lo que confirmamos la reserva con el servicio de transfer. El día 23 cuando nos vino a recoger el supuesto “transfer” era un turismo DACIA Logan para las dos familias, el conductor, las dos maletas de 20kg, y las seis mochilas de 10kg. El conductor nos dijo que no había problema y que sí que cabíamos todos, por lo que nos quedamos extrañados, pero nos cogió fuera de juego porque nos quedábamos tirados a las 15h con unos peques de 7años y ya solo queríamos llegar al hotel, así que decidimos aceptar el transfer. El señor nos llevó hasta el hotel, y cuando descargamos, le quisimos dar una propina de 10€, cuando el hombre vio los 10€ nos dijo que era muy poco y que el trayecto eran 50€ y que se lo teníamos que pagar. Cuando entramos en el hotel e hicimos el check-in se lo comentamos a la recepcionista y nos comentó que no sabía nada, que se lo comentaría a NICOLETTA que había sido con quien habíamos hecho la reserva. Cuando coincidimos con esta NICOLETTA nos dijo que ella no podía hacer nada, que en ningún momento nos dijo que no entraba el transfer, y le dijimos que aun en el caso de no habernos entendido (a pesar que la mamá de la otra familia habla perfectamente rumano ya que es su país natal) y que se tuviese que pagar el transfer, vinimos 7 personas en un turismo de 5 plazas y que 50€ era excesivo, cuando un Uber o un BOLT eran una media de 8€ o un taxi 10€ desde el hotel al aeropuerto de Bucarest. Le dijimos que cómo era un servicio contratado a través del hotel queríamos la factura del transfer, y no nos la dio, nos dijo que era un tema del hombre que nos hizo el traslado, que justamente ese día el chofer del transfer no se encontraba en Bucarest, y que el hotel no tenía nada que ver (a pesar de que fue el hotel quien nos lo ofreció y contrató). Le pedimos la hoja donde estaban los precios publicados del servicio de transfer que iba ofreciendo por teléfono y nos manifestó que no tenía ninguna lista. Le dijimos que nos diese una hoja de reclamación, y nos dio el libro de novedades interno que tienen en la recepción, NICOLETTA hacía como que de repente no entendía nada en inglés, y se dirigía en rumano a la otra mamá, pero le iba cambiando constantemente las versiones. En resumen, una GRAN ESTAFA. Todo apunta a que parecía que nos hubiese venido a buscar el marido de la NICOLETTA y se hayan llevado una extra para casa.

La mia esperienza in questo hotel a Bucarest è stata semplicemente terribile. Già salendo le scale si percepiva un odore sgradevole, ma la vera delusione è iniziata una volta entrato in camera. L’arredamento era vecchio, antiquato e inquietante, con mobili logori che trasmettevano un senso di abbandono. La finestra della stanza affacciava su un muro di un palazzo, una vista deprimente che non aiutava certo a migliorare l’atmosfera. La pulizia era inesistente: c’era tantissima polvere ovunque e le lenzuola erano visibilmente sporche, con capelli sopra, segno evidente che non erano nemmeno state cambiate. Il bagno era altrettanto disgustoso: privo di finestra, con una vasca incrostata di calcare che rendeva impossibile pensare di usarla. Il personale, purtroppo, è stato il punto più basso dell’intera esperienza. Per un hotel che si definisce a 4 stelle, ci si aspetterebbe un minimo di professionalità. Invece, gli addetti alla reception erano vestiti in modo inappropriato, indossando pantofole e vestaglie come se fossero a casa loro. Durante il check-out, ho vissuto un episodio umiliante: avevo chiesto di poter pagare in euro alcune consumazioni dal minibar e mi avevano detto che andava bene. Poco dopo aver lasciato l’hotel, la receptionist mi ha rincorso per strada, prendendomi per il braccio come se fossi una ladra, urlandomi contro insieme a un’altra dipendente. Mi hanno accusato di aver pagato in modo scorretto perché avevo usato monete in euro e non banconote, cosa che nessuno aveva specificato in precedenza. Dopo una lunga e spiacevole discussione, ho dovuto pagare con carta, subendo anche una commissione aggiuntiva oltre all’importo già dovuto. Un episodio imbarazzante e offensivo che riassume il livello di questa struttura. Nulla in questo hotel rispetta gli standard che un 4 stelle dovrebbe avere. Non consiglio assolutamente di soggiornarci, né per brevi né per lunghi periodi. È stata una delle peggiori esperienze della mia vita.

La stanza molto grande con soffitti alti, aria condizionata ma il bagno apparentenente pulito vedeva girare di notte delle blatte (il che vuol dire che necessita di disinfestazione perche girano nelle tubature) . La colazione ė il minimo che si potesse avere vista la spesa. Non li vale i soldi spesi. Posto vecchio da ristrutturare.

Локация отеля отличная в самом центре.Но….парковки нет и оплачивается отдельно.wi fi в номере практически не работал.при заселении на трех человек было оставлено только одно полотенце.с вечера и до выселения в отеле не было воды!!!!!завтрак оплачивается отдельно и был отвратителен и практически без выбора.Вердикт за эти деньги безусловно можно и нужно найти лучше отель.Никому не рекомендуем.
