The worst experience i have ever had!!!! Staff are very nice, but obviously are not paid enough. Young staff members are chasing after young tourist girls, what is very suspiciuos. I think someone should take attention to what is happening in this hotel. But it seems normal in here. There are russians and polish people mainly. The room is nice, but the water started leaking on the head from conditionier at night straight on the head!! I DO NOT RECOMMENED THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE.

Literally the worst hotel experience either of us have ever had (we are lifetime world travelers). We booked 2 nights, arrived to a dungeon of a room, asked to move rooms (denied) and then asked for a refund for the second night (denied). We came home to a flood in our room making the airconditioning not usable for the night we were forced to stay there. The owner guaranteed us a full refund in exchange for *not* writing this review. They then ignored both Booking and our requests to do so. STAY LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE

There is NO restaurant Walls half painted Rustic is a generous word for this You have to light the stope with a lighter Fridge is small Dirty!! Shower is abysmal There is no upper deck with lounges as shown on the website All day construction noise

We stayed for one night and it was a very pleasant hotel. The rooms were nice as was the pool and lobby. It was a good hotel for a good price and close to just about everything. I have only one suggestion, it would be nice if the hotel changed the shower heads for a better low flow with a wider/better spray ... it make the shower experience more enjoyable, and would actually pay for itself over time with water savings ... just a small tip. We enjoyed our stay Thank you

Great location, close to beach, galleries and restaurants. charged 100% of 2 week stay instead of the 50% agreed to. Then I was told that they had no way to refund. Photos are from many years ago and very misleading. It has been under construction for months. Noise level is insane. Pool talk is not possible because the heater is so noisy. 4 chaises on all of property-all are broken and dirty. Room furniture is ancient and worn out. Kitchens are all missing many pieces. Beach chairs are broken and rusty. Construction expected to continue through the year.

Nos toco una habitación muy descuidada en cuestion de pintura, ropa de cama, cortinas, toallas, iluminación, baños muy manchados. En genral pasamos una mala noche y aunque la fachada esta remodelada, recomiendo que les muestren las habitaciones antes de reservar, para evitar sorpresas.
