It was exactly what we needed. It was super close to our family members house. We wanted a room with a bathtub so we upgraded our room, and we got exactly what we expected!

前台服務很不錯，24小時有人值班，早到可以寄放行李. 第一天入住，淋浴間下水道是堵塞的，剛進去地上就是滑的，差點摔跤。我的廁所水漫金山，水都溢出到房間裏了.太晚了房間裏也沒有電話，第二天前台處投訴，説週日沒有修理工，晚上給換間房間. 一共兩晚，體驗感有點差. 服務人員態度還是不錯的，就是歐洲這酒店當天有問題，當天不給解決，要到第二天15點後才能解決有點煩人.

酒店房間乾淨，打掃及時。離各個景點非常近。基本上都在2公里以內，大多數情況都是1.1公里

24小時前台都很友善熱情，住了3晚每天都有打掃衞生，就在國會柱旁邊，走路到中央車站12分鐘非常方便。床鋪舒服，衞生很好。

ホテルの目の前で泊まるドラムがあるのだが中央駅からは7分ほど歩くので、徒歩で移動、14分ほどで少し距離がある。中央駅のすぐ近くにカルフール。またホテルまでの徒歩圏内にカルフールとエクスプレスがあるので、買い物には困らない。ただし坂が長いので、大きな荷物の人は大変であることを知っておくべき。アメニティーのもう少しあったほうが旅行者には便利。総じてまずまずといったところ。

The room we had looked to have been refurbished recently and so we were happy with this. Upon arrival we were able to get in our room early which made us happy. BUT negative points: Dubious looking brown stain on a fresh towel! (This was replaced) Our room (507) was positioned near the Ambulance despatch building. Hideous loud sirens on both nights and at one point I counted 5 vehicles between 6-630am! The “bar” shocking - no Diet Coke or lemonade! So we’re unable to drink at the hotel. (This wasn’t due to being out of stock - this is normal! As they were not showing on the limited drinks menu.) Breakfast was poor! Very basic. I literally had a bread roll with ham and a croissant! The location of this hotel is far from the centre - easy to walk to in about 10/15 min but down/up a steep cobbled hill. Sadly, if we come back to Brussels we won’t be staying here.

I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend break with a friend whilst we were visiting Belgium. I’ve only recently started using Best Western and I have to say, that I’m really impressed based on my last few stays at other properties of theirs. This was another great example of what they have to offer. We were really impressed with the high levels of cleanliness and the friendly staff who were more than happy to rectify a small issue we had shortly after checking in. One of our rooms smelled of sewage and the staff member working on reception was so kind and understanding and went out of his way to help us. The rooms are refurbished to a nice standard. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spotless. I had a nice double room which had quite possibly one of the best showers I’ve ever had in a hotel. The bathroom was brand new with a delightfully powerful walk in shower. I could have stood in it all day! The one thing that wasn’t so good was trying to control the lighting in the room. I don’t know what has been done, but there are so so many light switches that all do different things and some are disabled with glue so that they don’t work. It was really confusing!! I’ve never struggled trying to turn off the lights before! The hotel is in a really easy to reach location and having walked into town on the Friday evening and hearing the noise and crowds, I was so relieved not to be at one of the hotels nearer Grand Place. This place offers convenient and easy access by foot to the city centre (10 mins by foot) but is just far enough out to allow you a quiet nights sleep. I’d absolutely stay here again. I really enjoyed my time here and I slept wonderfully.

Very clean hotel with really friendly, helpful staff. I usually go self catering, but would definitely stay there again. Staff were so helpful and the cleanliness of the rooms was very impressive. I will definitely stay there again. A 10 minute walk from the centre and cafés and restaurants close to the hotel, everything was in walking distance and in a peaceful area.

Arrived at the hotel and realised I had booked two rooms which were meant for 4 people, but I had booked for 2 only, therefore we had to pay a small fee before checking in, my fault though! Our hotel rooms were much smaller than we thought we were getting. The city view was literally a side view of a building. We had towels in the draw, one of them had a very suspicious brown stain on it. I took to reception and got changed immediately. The beds were quite comfy, and the facilities were ok although the room was much smaller than we thought were getting. But no real issue. If I was to book here again, I would go for the larger room. The staff weren't the most friendly in the world but weren't rude. The location isn't bad but not that close to all the attractions. Pretty average stay in all. Cannot complain too much, but at the same time cannot sing the praises of the BEST WESTERN. Not a bad price for what you receive. Cannot comment on breakfast as we did not dine here, but I believe it was continental only.

A fair hotel in terms of price. The rooms have rather small bathrooms and the furniture is a little outdated, but they are comfortable. The staff at the reception welcoming. It is a recommended hotel for those who want something in a better area, who do not want to stay in the lobby area to drink a beer at the bar, and who want a decent price. What I didn't like was the lobby area where no bar was open, and everything seemed outdated and without any animation, any lounge music, without the possibility to drink a coffee/beer, etc.
