I had a great experience at this hotel. The room was clean and spacious. It was equipped with wifi, TV, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, heater, and everything worked well. The host was very friendly and helpful. Location of this hotel is not so far from the center and near to the European Parliament, which is quite safe in my opinion. Highly recommend everyone to stay at this hotel.

The toiler paper in the bathrooms was very scarce; Shower gel was very scarce; Bathrooms were very tight; floor was missing tiles; kitchen balcony was very crooked; check in information (codes for the doors) was not easy to obtain (we had to call and text the support number multiple times); images of the apar**ents on the website are misleading (they didn't show these flaws).
The bed was comfortable.
While the price per night is lower than other properties in the region, over all we considered that the conditions did not match the price.

The pictures of the hotel and rooms are deceiving, , no furniture , no closet to hang clothes, just a place to stay and go !
And definitely I won’t stay here again , and I hardly recommended .

Very nice and central area, it was easy to get in, you get to codes for the main door and your room door. Wifi works well, it’s a nice space, everything you need is there. Very good value for the price, only thing it could have been a bit cleaner but no big deal.

Near bus stop. No shower in room (only in hall). Not very clean room. Only matras, no bed, on first floor with difficult stairs. Instructions to open main door and room were sent by ******* 5 minutes before arrival without further notice.

No codes provided to access the room beforehand.
Shower Impossible to adjust from cold to scalding hot. No bedside lamp. Floor not cleaned. Hasty conversion of a traditional Brussels home by freelance contractor. Shame because very good location in relation to EU institutions. Unfortunately an EU summit subjected us to helicopter patrols which made it hard to get some sleep.

The room is in disrepair, dirty and stinks. Also very dodgy electricity. I would recommend to book anywhere but in the "European District Studios". The price would have been acceptable for a simple but clean accomodation. But this is like staying in a squat.

My experience was good, you have all the necesary for spending the night, comfortable bed. The room was small, but I was alone so it was ok.
