The front desk staff weren’t very welcoming and seemed to lack basic customer service skills. Interpersonal relations don’t appear to be their strength.

I would not recommend staying here. The staff were rude and unhelpful (the only rude people we encountered in our entire two week stay in France). There was NO public toilet in reception which is ridiculous as a hotel caters for people who have just completed long journeys and would surely need one! The bathrooms were tiny and unpleasant, with the shower over the toilet. The photos are misleading.

This is a terrible hotel. Do not stay here. The pictures are completely misleading. This hotel is awful and what makes things worse, is that the reception staff member was very rude. No toilet access allowed before 17h00 check in. Avoid at all costs.

Good for one or two night. Bed is correct but Space between bed and walls is very little.Professinals are great and discret. Frenchy breakfast makes satisfaction for quality and choice.its a good "rapport" service/hygien/price.

Dimensions de la chambre: 7m2 , Ensemble douche , toilette , lavabo: 1,2m2 (voir photo de la chambre sans grand angle). Propreté plus que douteuse, vétusté (voir photo bas de la douche). Malgrès nos demandes répétées, les draps n'ont pas été changés en 6 jours!! Les serviettes une fois!!! La literie doit dater de l'ouverture de l'hotel tellement elle est détruite.Petit déjeuner (correct soit dit en passant) servi normalement jusque 10H : 9h30 tout est plié, le grand nettoyage est déjà commencé!! pour finir, les photos de la terrasse laissent penser que ce pourrait être coté lac. Et bien non, elle donne sur le parking!! Malheureusement pour nous, nous avions payé notre séjour a l'avance, si cela n'avait pas été le cas nous serions partis dès la première nuit.

L'hotel risulta sporco e sotto le aspettative e il prezzo pagato. Colazione impossibile con Cappuccino e caffe alla macchinetta che non funzionava. Personale molto gentile e disponibile ma con pochissima esperienza. Ragazzi giovanissimi che sembrano studenti lavoratori.
