We had booked 5 nights, but ended up leaving after 3, partly due to bad weather, which of course isn't Sportcamp Woferlgut's fault. We had high expectations, but got a bit dissapointed with the campsite. It simply felt a bit too old fashioned. The pool area is really nice, but very pricey. Even the trampolines at the playground had an extra charge. In the restaurant the food was ok, and it has a very cosy courtyard, but service was a bit rude. We only found one of the playgrounds which was old and not a lot of fun, but the campsite also has a lake with a newer playground, which looks a lot better. Due to bad weather we did not go there. There's also a small indoor play area, and an arcade room, which was great on the rainy days. Facilities were clean, and there's a very small supermarket with basic groceries. There's a very fun minigolf course, but again: a bit too pricey. The location is great, but a bit too far outside of Zell am See to walk with kids. There's a train station very close from where you can take the train to Zell am See (two stops), and also Salzburg (1 hour and 40 minutes each way). It's loacted right where the Grossglockner Hochalpenstrasse starts, which is a beautiful alpine road. There's also a couple of large supermarkets within walking distance. Our conclusion: Compared to other campsites in Austria it was too expensive for what it is. We found a lot of more modern and cosy campsites at the same price (or even cheaper).
