Wonderful stay. The location was very good with access to the freeway and a quick drive to downtown Milwaukee. The hotel and the room in particular was clean. The water pressure in the shower was great and the bed was so comfortable. As a bonus, my room was cleaned during my two night stay..a rarity these days. I'll be back for sure.

What a Wonderful stay! The Staff was amazing Going back in a couple of months will for sure. Stay here again. Quiet hotel! Clean. Very Nice rooms. Beds were super comfortable. Nice breakfast each morning Fun atmosphere in the restaurant at night

This was not my first stay at the Four Points by Sheraton and it will not be the last. Our stay was pleasant upon entry. The young woman who checked us in was friendly and efficient. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and we slept great. I got up early and, upon the recommendation from the clerk, took a short walk in the park across the street. We did not use many amenities as we checked in late and left fairly early to meet family, but the scent of food coming from the restaurant in the morning was certainly tempting!

Extremely nice staff in every area. Clean rooms, good workstation and a freshly cooked breakfast with a healthy assortment of choices to choose from. Free parking, easy access to customers in the area and a really good value for the nightly rate.

Everything was great! The front desk staff member was exceptionally welcoming. She had a wonderful personality. The room was nice, neat, clean and comfortable. The only challenge was finding out how to work the sliding door on the bathroom and the loud bang of the doors outside of our room closing. Nice touch for those who may be traveling for business with the bedside scope lights and the pull-out table/desk. We reserved a room about 2 hours before we came to check in. I was there with my friend who was getting married the next day, so we checked in later than we anticipated and didn't get to take advantage of all the amenities. We did have breakfast the next day, it was good and just enough for our busy wedding day festivities.

We stayed as respite amid a family tragedy. My kids loved the pools and I enjoyed tge complimentary coffee. Chelsea ( front desk) took excellent care of us. Many thanks to her and the other excellent front desk attendant. I truly appreciated their hospitality and sincere care. Jeff

I have been staying at this Sheraton for many years when in Milwaukee visiting family. The updates since my last visit look great. The room I stayed in (408 IIRC) had an updated bathroom and was clean and comfortable. I want to particularly commend (apologies if my recollection is inaccurate) Chelsea who checked me in. I was in town due to a death in the family and my Reservation was made minute before I arrived. She could sense that whatever the situation it had been a long day and went out of her way to help me, answer questions, and her cheerful assistance was seriously appreciated. The Sheraton was an oasis of calm while dealing with difficult circumstances. I want to thank her and the Sheraton for really impressing me.
