I was caught between giving 3-4 stars. I've been in some pretty bad hotels so this place is great in comparison. This is a nice hotel overall but there's def some bs involved- they make you sign some paperwork before you check-in agreeing to some conditions, one of them being that housekeeping is *required* once a week when staying here. In reality they show up "once every two weeks" according to the desk (but in reality they don't ever show up). Why do they so blatantly go back on their own contract/agreement? All of the people that worked at the desk were friendly, everything out in the lobby was well cleaned. Most/some of the rooms we've stayed in here have been cleaned well (seems to be a 50/50 chance). I guess you have to keep on them to give you the right room, though? We booked a two bed room and were given a one bed randomly. This... could cause some serious issues with a lot of people lol. Also, the rooms looked nothing like the pics. Idk if there are any rooms there that do look like the pics, or if we just happened to not end up in them. Just so you're warned: there were no dishes, cutlery, nor pots and pans. There was a small stove (had issues like turning itself off and on constantly), large microwave, and large fridge in the suites. In one of the rooms we were given a small cutting board, there was nothing like this to be found in the others..? Housekeeping will walk in after one knock and a whisper, when they do bother to show up, so keep your door locked if you don't want them barging in on you.
