Welcome to our charming and private Carriage House, located right in the heart of downtown Brooks! You'll be just a few minutes' drive away from the historic downtown of Senoia, home to a variety of delicious restaurants, quaint boutique shops, and the world-famous filming locations of The Walking Dead. Our cozy studio is situated above a detached garage and boasts a fully stocked Kitchenette complete with a mini fridge, Keurig coffee maker, kettle, and microwave. NO STOVE.Our cozy studio is situated above a detached garage. However, the rental does NOT INCLUDE ACCESS TO THE DOWNSTAIRS GARAGE for anything other than the use of laundry.
