Hotel Mance

Very unpolite and rude owner. The owner was rude for no reason. We never had such a bad experience in some restaurant/bar. Very bad service and expensive poor quality food. Hotel Mance is the worst place you will ever experience so AVOID THIS PLACE!!!

The lady owner kept terrorizing us, four middle aged friends, for 15 minutes because we sat indoors whilst outside temperature was 36 degrees of Celsius. We left the place unserved. Before that she deprived us from filing a complaint in writing.

My friends and I came here to eat by a recommendation from a local website. When we came, the owner barely greeted us. He barely answered on 2-3 questions I had. The decoration was old but nice. Garden was nice. Waiter was nice. Food was ok. We ordered two dishes of beef and one of a deer. Side dish was poor. We received 4 small slices of a potato, 4 small potato croquettes and a big portion of barley groats. And we received 1 piece of "bakini knedli" (on the receipt you can see 3x "bakini knedli"). We never ordered any "bakini knedli" which you can see on a receipt. The recepit was brought to us by the owner and not the waiter who served us. I tried to pay the receipt with contactless payment 3 times by two different cards. It was denied all 3 times. The owner told me that I dont do it again because he was only throwing his paper (for printning receipts). I paid with cash although I made payments several times with my credit card that day and I had enough money on it. Later I checked what was on a receipt and I saw "bakini knedli" which we never ordered. I asked the waiter about it but he was trying to justify the receipt with the words that in the menu is written that side dish is ordered separatedly. I said the we never ordered "bakini knedli". And if it is paid separatedly, at least give me the option to choose which side dish I want. But I did not want to argue with him. I said let it be but you will never see me again. Check what you pay for.

El señor y la señora que nos atendieron en la recepción eran mal humorados, prepotentes, mal educados. Nos trataron con desprecio . Si así te tratan cuando pides información no me quiero imaginar como es el trato si te alojas. Hay muchos sitios mejores en ese pueblo, sitios normales que te tratan como personas
