the location is great, easy go to the center by walk or transfer to other place by train. but it’s not clean enough… their mattress sheets and pillows may not have been cleaned… my whole body was red and itchy after i slept, it’s like i was bitten by some insect… what‘s more ironic is that they will ask for an additional cleaning fee of €6… it isn’t written in the content in booking pages, that’s not reasonable…

Tons of bed bugs on the bed, no refund for the cancellations caused by bedbugs.

If you want to save some budget on your traveling this place good for night-staying or for travelrs who want to explore the center of brno , good location not far from the main train station of brno that reachs to diffrent places around and in czach republic A liitle problem with parking so call to the hostel reception before bringing any car with you Close to center square of brno full with bars , shops and attrections

Me quedé solo una noche y fue una buena experiencia. La ubicación es excelente, a 3 minutos caminando de la estación Brno Grandhotel donde llegan y salen buses desde y hacia otras ciudades, como Viena y Praga. Habitación limpia y espaciosa, baños y duchas limpias, con agua caliente disponible siempre. Pequeña area con hervidor de agua, microondas, lavaplatos y un set de platos y cubiertos. Habitaciones con caja fuerte, casillero, y pequeño lavamanos.

위치와 근처 상가들이 많아 편했지만 체크인 과정에 불필요한 이슈로 시간낭비를 했네요. 저뿐만아니라 다른 한국인분들도 똑같은 이슈로 체크인 과정에서 오래걸리시더라구요

ひとり旅で利用しました。館内は清潔で、水回りも綺麗でした。ベッドにカーテンもついており、快適に寝ることができます。安価な割に良いと思います。

我覺得這個旅館非常好，就算是單人床都很大，而且有床簾，不會透光。房間內也有儲物櫃但比較細，所以行李箱要擺床底。

生活でベッドのシーツもパイル地のようなもので気持ちよかった。ベッドに遮光性高いカーテンがついてるもよかった。

總體還不錯，店鋪很好找，就在火車站旁邊，很乾凈的房間，也很安靜。私密空間很好，還備有廚具和公共休息區域

Stayed for 3 nights in a private room. Based on other reviews, and the hostels own website, I had high expectations for this place. I hope the following honest review will help them do better in the future. I’m usually a very positive person, who loves to promote well deserving businesses. I’ve also stayed in hundreds of hostels in my life. This hostel has potential, but really seems to be lacking basic pride. And it is far from “luxury”. Pros: - Great location next to the main train station and a large shopping mall. - Thomas and Patricia at reception were very friendly and welcoming. They are the definite highlights of the property. - Good sized, clean room (#5) with a cool view of a busy intersection. - Bed and pillow were comfortable. Cons: - Bad wifi. Comes off and on constantly. - Water (or urine) all over the floor in the men’s 2nd floor washroom for the entire 3 days I was there. Doesn’t anyone clean or fix things in this hostel?? How are you supposed to sit on the toilet without your pants getting soaked?? Basically, anyone who uses that washroom will be standing in urine and then tracking it throughout the building, including into the rooms and potentially onto the beds. Yuck! - A communal shower was right behind a wall in my room. And it looked like a rat or cat died in the drain. Never cleaned for the entire 3 days I was there. I thought this hostel prided itself on cleanliness and hygiene?? Again, VERY gross. - No soap in the shower dispenser for the 3 straight days. - No paper towels in the 2nd floor washrooms for 2 of the 3 days. - The bedroom door has a large cut out in it and lets in lots of light when you’re trying to sleep. Poor design. - No desk in the room. - Far too expensive for what you get. If breakfast, laundry, or even a cup of coffee was included, it would have been a little bit better. But for 145 euro for 3 nights, I definitely recommend staying elsewhere. *Because of how dirty the toilet areas and showers were, for my own peace of mind, I didn’t feel comfortable trying the breakfast, even though I was originally planning on having it each morning I was there. So I cannot give any feedback on that. But I hope everyone who had it is safe and enjoyed. My best wishes to this property. They have a lot of work and coaching to do.
