Premier Inn Bristol City Centre (Finzels Reach)

Very enjoyable stay staff was excellent Sammy was very friendly and easy to talk to.hotel was clean and tidy.on reception and in the dining area Sammy was very helpful with checking in and ordering food which the food was very nice .Rooms on the main road side was noise with early morning traffic ( bin lorry ) .

We came to Bristol to see a concert and we were very pleased all around. First off its in a great location to the city centre and there are lots of restaurants and shops very close by. The room itself was very clean, quiet and the bed was very comfy! The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was tasty. The only slight downside with it's great city centre location was having to park at the public car park, which was about 10 mins walk away, which makes it tricky with luggage and if it's raning. But the hotel does offer a discount with parking, so be sure to get your voucher ticket at the front desk!

Absolutely amazing service staff was so friendly and welcoming Kate and Sammy went above and beyond by recommending places to eat and bars to drink in, hotel was very clean and tidy I will come back and visit this hotel over the other premier inns in Bristol

A very good Premier Inn, rooms are spacious and very comfortable, I had dinner both nights I stayed and the food was very good.Breakfast was a buffet style affair which worked well for me. Staff were all very polite and helpful throughout my stay. Standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel was of a high standard.

Always a great nights sleep as the hotel is in a quiet location and the rooms are kept clean and tidy. The beds are always comfortable. Sammy on reception is always very helpful during stays. All of the staff are friendly. The food is good with no issues. Definitely a good hotel for business users wanting a hassle free stay in the week.

Central location, ideal for train station and bus station . Town centre is 10min walk away . Easy to get to from Bristol airport , either by A1 airport flyer bus to bus station then 15 min walk to hotel or a 20 min taxi costing approximately £45 . Rooms basic premier inn rooms and very clean . When checking in , staff polite and chatty made us feel welcome . Got the meal deal ( Evening meal and breakfast ) very good value . Good choice on the menu and we to finish off our evening we had cocktails too . The evening was made even more enjoyable by the staff in the restaurant that evening . Kate and Tyler really are credit to the hotel . They were welcoming , friendly and genuinely nice people. Nothing was to much trouble, Kate even got me a cherry and umbrella for my cocktail Seeing it was quiet we had time for a quick chat too . It’s obvious that Kate is a natural at her job . This was my second time staying here and my friends 4th . Will def be back again when in Bristol
