The hotel its self was lovely! We had the lovely Paige check us in. She is such a bubbly soul. The rooms was perfect and nice and clean. The restaurant next door was very nice. Overall my stay was perfect! I will definitely be using this hotel again!

I stay here a lot for work, it’s always a quick and easy check in. Paige on reception was amazing. She was very professional, as always the good next door is perfect! They also have other choices of food around which is great I always enjoy my stay here and will be staying more.

The room and bathroom was clean. The size of the room was large. Quick driving into the city centre. Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating for our early check in. Good amenities surrounding. Tea and coffee can be refilled at the reception.

staff were friendly and helpful, service on arrivival was good. Rooms were clean and tidy. Public busses for the city centre and airport are a minute walk from the hotel, so great for travelling around. Food at the pub was good, also has 2 fast food restaurants in the area. Would stay again

I felt the need to write a review and give credit where credits due ! The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. Especially the 2 ladies who worked on reception (Mandy and Claire ) nothing was too much bother for these girls and I can’t thank you both enough for making my stay that more enjoyable Overall the hotel was excellent ,and situated in the perfect location with access to all amenities restaurants ect There’s a pub next door which does an incredible breakfast and shows the football ( which suits me ) Thanks ladies !

Was a very lovely stay Mandy and Jen had brilliant customer service made us feel at home 10/10 would recommend The bed was very comfortable good channel options overall great stay will be coming again 100% again mandy and jen were lovely people

Wow,! The staff were amazing, Charlie on reception was particularly helpful, nothing was too much trouble.we checked in early and as our room wasn't ready we were moved to another room, ordered a taxi for us as well for us, no fuss or anything, just done, thanks ladies

Our stay at the hotel starts with a friendly checkin. Our son is a competitive swimmer, who participates in swim galas at Hengrove Park Leisure Centre, which is in a walking distance from the hotel. Very convenient location. Hotel has a restaurant and other restaurants nearby, so there are plenty of options.

Arrived late Sunday night, after a long journey we was met with a warm and friendly smile from jenny and Lisa who had us checked in with professionalism and all the information needed regarding our stay, where the room was, where we could get extra tea or coffee which was lovely touch. We was quickly tucked up in a most comfortable bed and clean room. We also would recommend the restaurant for breakfast as it was hot and fresh. We would return here if flying from the airport. Would definitely recommend.
