The bed is collapsed and not supportive anymore due to long years usage. Finally I chose to sleep on floor rather than on the bed. It is the worse hotel experience I have ever lived in. Haven’t sleep for whole night. The breakfast is too salty, I have picked the sausage, bacon, stir fried egg, all are too salty. Really disappointing hotel.

Clean and tidy room services. After Bristol Air Ballon Festive , My family was happy living here with tasty breakfast and good location to reach out high street and town centre in ease. Recommended to visit again .

Everything was great except the sofa bed. It was very small and the mattress was too thin even can feel the spring under.

Good option for a hotel in central Bristol, holiday inn isn’t expected to be outstanding but it’s of decent quality and the rooms are comfortable and decent quality breakfast

Great stay. Great hotel. The place was also close to the city centre and Bristol coach station. The room was clean. Definitely stay here again.

Asked for a twin room. Emailed twice. And ended up with a double room. Really disappointed with this and ruined an otherwise perfect trip

Location is good, within 5 minutes walk to coach station and shopping area. Breakfast is better than expectation, just only one coffee machine so there is always queue. Good value for money.
