Our group of 8 was in town for the MLB Speedway Classic and stayed at the Magnolia. After rain postponed the game to the following day, Jeff was so accommodating, allowing us to check out later than posted check out time. He was always quick to respond to any questions we had! The house was fantastic! So cozy and comfortable for our whole group. We enjoyed the porches and patio areas just as much. The house is well stocked with all your needs! Located in a quiet, well established neighborhood and a quick drive to downtown Bristol. I would highly reccomend Magnolia to anyone looking for a home away from home in Bristol.

Simply Marvelous
The home was spectacular. We wanted to move in. Only to be outdone by the host. If and when I return to the area, I will be looking to stay here.awesome hospitality of the host.

Seven sisters 2025 Sisters Trip
The house was absolutely beautiful. Plenty of setting area. We really liked the convenience of one level. The property was just minutes away from everything.

Favorite Bristol Location
Once again, a super fun stay. Birthday celebration with family. Location is perfect to good restaurants and casino. House is perfect, very spacious. Looking forward to coming back.

Birthday/Sister Weekend
Jeff was just as amazing as the property! He installed the handicap ramp and also had a shower chair available too. Property is beautiful, clean, and easy access for anyone! Thank you guys for such a wonderful weekend.

Excellent Stay in Bristol
This property was stellar. The host is very responsive and accommodating. The house is clean and spacious. The finer details were taken care of. Extra towels were provided and light switches were labeled to add to the overall convenience and ease of the stay. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and would stay here again if the need arises.

Safe, Clean and Cozy
This place is fabulous. We had everything we needed during this stay- the hosting is next level. I came packed with things like hand soap and kitchen cleaner, things that are normally not part of a rental house inventory but we didn’t need any of it because Jeffrey had everything there!
It’s in a nice quiet neighborhood, the place was clean and we felt so at home there. Didn’t want to leave, would absolutely stay again.

Amazing Experience!
My siblings and I with our significant others and my son all came to Bristol to surprise our Granny for her 78th birthday. This house was perfect! The hosts were so kind and communicative, the house itself was beautiful, and the neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was truly the best place for us all to spend time together on our trip. Thank you again!
