Room is cozy with warm lighting, English cottage style. Air is breezy even though the room is without air conditioning.

Lovely boutique hotel right opposite the golf course, good as we are golfers. Great place to relax and chill. Hotel service is good and porters are helpful. The only setback was the dinner in the restaurant as the food is below standard! The fish meal my friend ordered were smelly and not fresh. My smoked duck was like salty duck! They changed the meals for us. Thanks to that.

Beautiful hotel & top notch service and location. However, some cons: 1)Need to climb up 3 flights of stairs (fm outdoor parking) - pretty impossible for handicapped guests 2) I think breakfast need to be upscaled as this is after all a luxury hotel. The food although delicious, is too ordinary & cheap. The buffet spread of just bread/pastries/cereal could be expanded. The fruits at the buffet table were also terrible - only apples & oranges and were of poor quality & grade.

Awesome stay in CHR! I would like to thank Hirdoy, Hussain, and especially Anji for their impeccable service. The staff of CHR really goes above and beyond in rendering their assistance to the guests. Will definitely return to CHR when we travel to Cameron Highlands again. Kudos to the CHR staff and team for making this trip an unforgettable visit.

We had a comfortable stay at Cameron Highlands Resort. The cleanliness was excellent, which added to the overall experience. Initially, I was a bit concerned after reading reviews mentioning that rooms face the main road and could be affected by traffic noise. However, this turned out to be a non-issue, likely because we visited during the off-peak season when there were fewer cars passing by. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay

Had a short breakaway from the city and chose this hotel for the serenity. Facing the golf course the location is excellent. However, the noise from the road was a challenge. The front manager Kimie was excellent and moved us to a quieter room. Breakfast was good and the afternoon tea is something you should do when you are there.

The room is nice but small size. Breakfast quality can be better. No smart tv. Good environment.

My stay at Cameron Highlands Resort was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by its classic colonial charm, the elegance of its decor, and the fresh mountain air surrounded by towering pine trees. The ambiance was simply enchanting, timeless, cozy and effortlessly serene. Breakfast was a delightful experience that perfectly complemented the crisp highland morning. Sipping a warm cup of tea while soaking in the breathtaking views felt like a scene from a storybook. Checked out, but already plotting my next escape and this time to indulge in their high tea set.

Amazing luxury place, much worth the price. Room was big and even came with 2 toilets wow. Alot of amenities and tours provided. Staff were super friendly. However no heating in the room can get very cold at times. No regrets highly recommended none the less.

Enjoyed my stay here thoroughly. Ample parking space and staff are very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Room was clean and comfortable. No complaints. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area.
