Nova Highlands Hotel

Dont stay here. Really dirty hotel. Iv never stayed like this much dirty hotel in my life.... There were bed bugs in a sofa. Seriously dirty hotel. mold a lot and smelly. Cannot use hot water for a long , just 5 or 10min only. Parking lot really dirt bird **** a lot.

Room got moldy smell and all our clothes got moldy smell until reach home. Broken cabinet and water boiler. Bathroom also have mold. No phone to contact reception. Reception is in another building. If you need to request something, have to go down and walk to reception. They say they provide taxi services but they gave only taxi number, have to contact ourselves. No air con, only fan. Even though the weather is cold, we need air con or exhaust fan for air circulation. If you close all the door and window at night, we feel stuffy because there is no air circulation. If no air con, should have exhaust fan. Only satisfaction is that attractions are walkable distance.

Location : 5/5 great locations domino pizza below the hotel, fun park next to hotel. Friendliness : 5/5 hotel staffs, janitors and maintenance staffs are friendly Alimentary: 3/5 TV can watch couples of hours and the became no picture. Microwave broken (replacement-yes), mini Fridge cold, WiFi good connection. Microwave oven broken with sparks inside whenever switching on the power. Found unused tampons (tuala wanita) underneath the microwave oven. Replacement of microwave after informed the hotel staffs. Maintenance staffs came for check on TV but unable to fix, so we best embrace the suck 🙄 Found crocahes 🪳 underneath the couch and lots of dust (look at the tissue with my hand palms on). If you're okay with that, then the hotel deal is great with cheapest price, otherwise you might changed your mind.
