Room cold, dirty and bathroom full of rust! No wi fi in the room despite it was written differently in the description. Breakfast very poor, no choice. Everytime we need to ask for something because the service was poor. Too expensive for the service and the quality.

Check in was straight forward, you get your room key but you have to hand it in every time you leave the property, the reception is staffed 24 hours a day so I didn’t have a problem getting back in. Room was ok, tea and coffee making facilities, TV etc. The beds were a bit uncomfortable but managed to get a fairly decent nights sleep. En-suite bathroom wasn’t too bad. Breakfast in the morning wasn’t the best, scrambled eggs, sausages, toast, the bacon was a bit too fatty for my liking. The staff were very pleasant throughout.

Quite a bizarre hotel. Lovely location in regency square. The staff in the hotel have limited English My sister & I were given a twin room with n the 3rd floor overlooking the actual square. The room was stuffy & hot & the windows did not open. There was a small desk fan in the room. The TV was hanging off the wall & at a precarious angle No hot water in the morning for a shower There’s a very old fashion lift with a metal cage door which swung back forcefully when trying to enter the lift which was very snug with 2 people in it However, the room was clean & the breakfast was nice. The receptionist was helpful & called a taxi for us when we left.

Hotel was great for location and staff were friendly Breakfast was good Room was in the basement ( which we knew) however it was extremely dated and old fashioned. Could do with a complete refurb! Found a Yellow Pages in the cupboard dated 2005! However it was clean and as we were only staying for 1 night it was sufficient Check in on Booking. Com stated 2pm Hotel advised 3pm-3.30pm, had to wait until 4.15pm until our room was ready, not impressed

Two night stay for the mod weekend. Great location, friendly staff, and a good standard of breakfast. Hotel needs a bit of a refurb but clean and tidy. Will stay again and contact the hotel directly to get a better deal on room rates and carparking. Had a great weekend

This hotel is perfectly located for the seafront and the Brighton centre and a short stroll from the station. It’s perfect for the price and the beds were very comfortable, other furniture was dated. The en suite was modern looking and clean but the towel rail was not working and had surface rust as did the other metal fixtures this is most likely due to the steam not being extracted properly. Overall the room served its purpose at a very reasonable rate. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was included also which had a plentiful selection of hot and cold items. This hotel is great for the price and location and would 100% recommend to anyone looking to take a short break to Brighton, would personally stay here again.

Great stay in a great location. Room on third floor was clean and had everything you need including a fan,which most needed! Tea,coffee,toiletries were all in the room. Price includes a decent breakfast and staff are very helpful Would stay again

My friend & I thoroughly enjoyed our 4 night visit. This is a lovely little hotel just off the seafront, attached to the fabulous Regency fish restaurant. Much nicer than the big seafront hotels. Lovely breakfast, friendly staff, a little gem.
