Quaint cottage close to the beach!
Great week at the brigantine cottage! Gladys made you feel welcomed. The property is small but clean and accessible to many restaurants and shops. Location is the best with only 1 block to the beach! Easy for young children and elderly! Great memories!

JULY 4TH !!!!
Everything was happily as expected. Gladys was prompt with her replies to my questions/inquires. No complaints about the accommodations.
The only small complaint was that the 'outside' shower was not enclosed, and the water pressure was a little more than a trickle. Not a big deal but a little disappointing. I do love an outside shower. when returning from the beach :)

Nice and family-friendly
The place is newly renovated and just a short walk to the beach. The neighborhood is very clean and quiet, and the beach is wonderful—perfect for a small family with young children. Check-in was easy, and the hostess was very responsive. We had a small issue with low water pressure, but it was fixed within a few hours.
The kitchen was a bit under-stocked, but we managed. The rooms are nice and comfortable, although the AC units are quite loud, and there were a few nights when we were woken up by noise from the renters upstairs.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the beach! Thanks!

Location was perfect and contact with Gladys was seamless. The house was extremely tidy and perfect size for a small family getaway.

Perfect little spot a block from the beach
This property was perfect for our family of 3 for a few nights at the shore. The convenience to the beach was perfect so we could come back to the house for lunch. We drove to Ocean City for the boardwalk one evening, but were happy to be back in quieter Brigantine the rest of the time.
The house was clean and everything still looked new and well-kept.
The AC condensers were a little distracting at first, but once we knew what was causing the noise and vibration they were easy enough to ignore.
Would definitely stay here again.

Great location and property!
Perfect rental for our small family (2 adults and an 8 year old) beach weekend. Very clean and up to date and only a block from the beach. Highly recommend!
