Captain Freeman Inn

We have never stayed anywhere as incredible as the captain Freeman, Jason and Laurie think of absolutely everything you could possibly need, and some things you didn’t know you needed! The attentiveness of the staff is so exceptional. Highly recommend for a relaxing weekend away!

Everything is always perfect at the Captain Freeman Inn…..from the beautiful decor of the inn itself, to the lovely decorated and comfy rooms. Laurie and Jason are the most wonderful hosts. The 3 course breakfast and afternoon sweets are so amazing. New to the inn this visit is a flower bar, where you can select a vase and create your own flower arrangement to take to your room. Our visit couldn’t have been better ❤️

There aren’t enough stars in the world to review this place! Inside and out, every design choice is flawless and creates a beautiful, warm, welcoming environment. There are multiple cozy and comfortable common spaces, and each guest room is stunning and unique, with extremely comfortable beds, amazing bedding, and super luxe robes. The three-course breakfasts and afternoon snacks are outstanding. But the real magic of the inn is the incredible hospitality of Laurie and Jason. Their warmth, humor, incredible attention to detail, and ability to make each guest feel like their favorite make you feel at home the minute you enter the inn and make you miss it in between visits. Laurie and Jason are the absolute best and we can’t wait to go back again!!

So excited to have found this gem of a place! Laurie and Jason have done such a beautiful job making this Inn welcoming and relaxing. The B and B is absolutely stunning with lots of local artwork and Laurie’s special touch as she was formerly an interior designer. It was already decorated for Christmas which made it even more special with music playing softly throughout. Homemade treats await you every day and they even catered to my dietary restrictions. The three course breakfast was delicious! There is a tea and coffee area with everything you could need from mugs, to go cups and even filtered water. There is a heated salt water pool and they provide big comfy hooded robes in your room before you head outside. This pool is open year round. Our room The Barnstable was gorgeous with so much attention to detail and it even had a little closed in porch! We did the quiet season package which was such a wonderful value and it also included a bottle of wine and big charcuterie board for our chosen night as well as a gift card toward a local restaurant. I highly recommend this offering! It runs through April. I could honestly go on and on about it but you will have to just see for yourselves. Jason and Laurie you are so kind and accommodating and we wish you both the very best. We will be back!!

Our entire stay was absolutely perfect. Me and my boyfriend were gifted the quiet seasons package and our expectations were beyond exceeded. The cheeseboard and wine we received was not only picture worthy but delicious too. The homemade jam and fresh cheeses were out of this world! Jason and Laurie are wonderful hosts and make you feel so welcomed and comfortable. The breakfast and baked goods are just unbelievably delicious and the service provided is outstanding. The Inn is also close by to so many cute shops, restaurants and beaches. We will be returning here for sure!

This place leads with hospitality at every turn. From the flower bar where guests can create a small bouquet for the room, to the cupcakes that greet you upon arrival, the 3-course breakfast that always feels special, and the luxurious sheets! I heard about this place through my sister and I'm excited to share this treasure with more friends. The quiet season package is a deal! Come during the winter/spring and avoid Cape traffic :)
