We have implimented the same cleaning practices at this home as our other short term rental property. After every guests stay we are disinfecting all heavy traffic surfaces (door knobs, faucets, remotes, cabinet handles, fridge handles, etc). Also all linen, weither used or not, is washed, sanitized, and changed. We are doing all we can to ensure your stay is a safe stay. If you need anything else please don't hesitate to ask. We also leaving hand sanitizer and a bleach cleaning spray for guest use.The ORV trail is literally steps from the home. So this is a great location for those wishing to snowmobile, ATV, or fat tire bike down the miles of trails that the Eastern Upper Peninsula has to offer. Please let me know if you are bringing a trailer, especially in the winter, so I can plow a spot for it. If your trailer is really big (more that 2 sleds) the gas station in Moran (about 1/4 mil away) allows you to leave you trailer there. They do that figuring you will be purchasing you gas and necessities from them.We have Starlink internet in the home. You should expect speeds of 200-300mb/sec while connected to the WiFi.Also in full disclosure we do have a 3 security cameras that records outside the home. 1 records the driveway, 1 records the back yard, and 1 records the back doors.
