Outstanding service from Joanna, what started as a quick is it ok to leave the car whilst we go into town turned into booking in extra early too a phone calls returned and nothing was too difficult from any of the staff. The location is excellent just by the overground station, which goes every 1/2 hour. The room was in the next-door cottage and was clean, comfortable, and just what was needed. The pub itself is excellent, and the booths/sheds outside a fun touch. Will definitely recommend it.

Hello, i went ther today for a meal & drinks after a day of training close by. The facility is clean, staff friendly & food was very good. I highly recommend this pub to visit or stay being so central. The pub is close by to the main railways station, this allows great access to central London.

It’s nice for having a drink but the roast was awful.. was like eating frozen food no love went into making it and it looked anemic.. runny gravy and overpriced for what it taste like. I like drinking there but not sure about Sunday roast. Other food is nice it’s why it’s a 3 star

Popped in with a mate for a Sunday roast and a drink before catching my train home (..from the very convenient station), and was immediately impressed by the friendly, helpful staff, who found us a table despite us not having booked. Great to see it so popular with folk, and a tonic to be able to sit in a pub and not have to shout over the televised football. Needless to say the roast was fantastic too! Would definitely return. Recommended!

A fantastic experience. Marco the manager ensured our stay was positive. Great situation next door to Brentford station and close to the E8 and 195 bus routes. A comfortable double room. Great food in the restaurant and a selection of good beer. What more do you need?

Whilst clearing out my friends house in the area we decided to have tea out. We were not disappointed. Reasonable pub prices, big portions and very tasty food. Would definitely recommend a meal here. It was busy even on a week night. I had chicken leak and mushroom pie and it was very tasty. Mash was nice too and I’m not a mash fan! My friend had pork ragu off the specials board.

Grim - room is in a run down house behind pub. It’s dirty, needs gutting, broken furniture, uncomfortable bed and bathroom is disgusting. The room smelt of cigarettes on arrival and the toilet had poo all round bowl. Horrible It’s near the station, which is it’s only good feature

What an amazing little pub this is , dropped in one night while in Brentford , great atmosphere and food is so lovely , staff are so friendly . Highly recommend ❤️ they also have a pub quiz on a Thursday which is well attended for a good cash prize so it’s worth a go !
