Rooms were good Meting an conference rooms was good but the air conditioning made the conference cold Breakfast good with good food options Lunch sandwiches were not the best Evening dinner had good setup of tables The starter was served at the table but the main cause and deserts was on a buffet with out any text on the different types of food No help when you have allergies

My family and I recently stayed at the Vingsted Hotel & Konferencecenter during our visit to Legoland. We choose this hotel due to the good reviews, cost and location from Legoland (15-20 minute drive). The "hotel" is very quirky, and you can see that it is primarily a conference center instead of a hotel. Our room was basic but we were disappointed by damage to the tiling in the shower, which was also quite dirty. The air conditioning unit in the room was a positive, but I noticed it was quite loud due to the wooden floors in the room, so if you are unfortunate to have a young family above you, be prepared for some noise. We ate at the hotel on our first evening, which was a summer buffet and was excellent for a carnivore such as myself. The selection was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My wife, who has various food allergies, spoke directly to the chef who catered for her specific allergies. Excellent service! However, the meal was expensive. This is definately a family hotel, and there are an arrar of activities outside for the kids to play on, including a bouncy castle, a trampoline, outdoor chess, football goals and a fussball table. Breakfast the next day was very busy, so be prepared for this especially with famillies visiting Legoland. Everyone was crammed in like sardines. I recommend eating in the lobby were there are seating areas available to avoid the chaos. The selection of food for breakfast was good though. In conclusion, I gave this hotel an average score, and disagreed with my wife's rating of poor due to the damage and dirt in the shower. I would recommend this hotel to someone with a family visiting Legoland as there is a lot to do in the hotel, and it was good value for money, but I don't think we would stay here again.

Dit hotel wordt duidelijk ook ingezet als conferentie centrum; de kamers waren wat kil ingericht, maar vooral de bedden waren slecht. Ze voelden voor ons wiebelig en niet stevig. Het ontbijt is op zich goed, maar niet heel uitgebreid. Het voordeel is wel dat er in en buiten het pand verschillende spelletjes aanwezig zijn, zodat je met je kinderen nog even iets kan doen.
