"Staff was very friendly and accomodating. Especially staff with tag No. 041 and there was a girl staff who help to assist me when I asked for pharmacy.
Breakfast served was basic chinese breakfast. Each person get a hard boiled eggs and buffet style. You decide if you want to eat or take the eggs only.
Room was just nice. It was a bit too cold for us and they let us have portable heater. You only need to ask for it okay.
They have washing machine but no dryer so you need to be creative how to dry your own clothes 🤣.
Its a bit far from subway but within 12 mins walking distance. My friend and I walked -21 degree to get to the station and it was nice. Many hidden underground shopping mall nearby which is walking distance.
I love that the area are surrounded by pharmacy and clinic because at one point we really need to get some medication because our ******* not working.
Oh, most of the time we travel using the bus which is 2 mins away from hotel. Its easy and convenient too."

GGæstebrugerLocation is great, near to the Harbin express train station. Room is comfy & the washing machines at level 2 is powerful! Managed to wash our clothes a few times. Overall a good experience, hence we extended our stay for another 2 nights after this.

SStacy SohAfter taking 5 hours Journey on a 40 seater public bus that cost me 100 yuan i arrived at a beautiful homestay run by family, the homestay is the 1st at the entrance of the village.
Room is comfortable with huge bed and heated bed and floor, eventhou the bed is just a thin mattress (its call a Kang Bed) but i still can sleep soundly every night. Only things need to change is the toilet because our toilet bowl is right at the center so i cant shower or use the basin (no space to stand)😀
They provide toothbrush and disposable face towel only so you have to bring your own towel and toiletries.
Restaurant, reception counter and living room are together, this is a place for the owner and all guests to have meal and gathering. You will see them all day at the living room. We also have some activities such as making tanghulu (fruits coated with syrup), making dumpling and just chit chat eating popcorn and frozen persimmon and pear.
Food is so yummy, no need to eat outside because you can order from this homestay. Breakfast is free. Its a simple and healthy- plain porridge, bun and pickles. The northern people are not so much into sugary or fancy drinks, even like tea or coffees. plain hot water is what they had most of the time.
Lunch and dinner you can choose from their menu.
Few activities you can do in town such as walk around town and enjoy the beautiful scenery like what i did, i also took the sleight horse (200 yuan) to go to the national forest and also stroll along the river for sightseeing. If u want to have ski, snow mobile, tubing there are 2 private own mini park that you can go just by walking distance 5-15 minutes. There is a bigger park Rime Ridge, also known as Wu Song Ling, is a place in Harbin, China where you can see rime and snow scenery, and participate in winter activities this will cost 400 yuan. At night there will be campfire and singing at the village. You can join for free. Go for a walk at night to see lots of villagers selling foods by the road side. I also enjoyed experimenting the ‘boiling water thrown into the sky’ ..beautiful effect from the ice steam.
Most important please bring extra cash incase the alipay not working you will still have money. There is no bank or atm machine in the village. Its all solely depending on online payment such as allipay/wechat. I have problem with my alipay payment and I didn’t bring much cash so i cant spend so much at the village. The homestay owner knew about my problem so she worry i dont have enough money to eat so she cook meals for me FREE.. such a nice person. God bless her 🙏🏼

GGæstebrugerWhat a gem! The hotel is so close to Harbin Airport, which made our trip super convenient. The rooms are modern, very clean, and spacious, with comfortable beds, a nice shower, and a separate toilet area. We really appreciated the free airport shuttle, the courteous driver and staff, and even the elevator to the upper floors. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise—an affordable all-you-can-eat option for just 20 RMB. You can also order dumplings or wontons off the menu. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the countryside air was fresh, and there were restaurants just a short walk away. We liked it so much that we stayed here twice on our trip. Would definitely recommend it!

OOtautahianWe chose this hotel because there is a TCM place literally on the opposite side of the block and my sister could get acupuncture there.
All the staff were friendly, the hotel was modern and bright, and it was easy to get taxis outside.
My sister especially enjoyed the breakfast bigger because there was a lot of dongbei food and the hot dishes changed every day. While we were there (Spring Festival) there were free snacks at reception, like hulutang, frozen pears, egg tarts.

HHaiqal NohXin Yuhang, the employee that works in Sun Castle Resort Hotel is really nice, helpful and friendly, helps us with the difficulties we had throughout our stay there. Because of our language barriers , he was patience to translate it to us and despite the crowd that kept coming in and making him busy, he handle one by one with class, professionalism, and each person's help. My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay in this hotel and holiday in Harbin. Thank you so much for making our stay a great one. We'll rate this 10/10
