Official Complaint – Unacceptable Behavior at Hotel Bratislava Receptio I am writing to formally report the most inappropriate and disrespectful behavior we have ever encountered at a hotel reception, during our recent visit to Hotel Bratislava. We attempted to communicate with the hotel regarding our children, aged 10, who are currently staying there as part of a group. Our efforts were repeatedly ignored. When we asked to speak with a manager, we were told he was “sitting aside” and unavailable. After insisting on a response, the representative at the reception simply replied: “I’m busy, move aside.” This response, coupled with their total lack of willingness to assist or facilitate any form of communication with hotel management, was utterly unacceptable. We were treated with complete disregard, and it was clear we were being deliberately ignored. We consider this the worst service we have ever experienced at any reception. It is deeply concerning that a hotel hosting children would show such negligence and unprofessionalism. We request that this issue be looked into seriously, and we expect a formal response regarding how this situation will be addressed.
