The location was great, just a very short walk to the Michael’s Gate and the old town. We only stayed one night but the room was clean and had AC which was very important after the warm day in the sun.

Nothing about the hotel itself, very nice and well located. Just be sure to book the right room, because if you forget to choose the type of the room or beds you will find yourself in a random room without the possibility of changing!
Except this nice hotel and thank you for the manager that I met on the checkout who was respectful and with a good sense of hospitality.
Thank you for Trip.com and their customer service on which you can rely when something not expected happens.

Excellent breakfast, great location, only doubt was high parking fee.. Hotel should be able provide free parking or discount to hotel guest

Nice staff. Location slightly further away from the old town compared to other hotels but very acceptable walk. Good breakfast.

Hotel is from 90's and I Had 435 room. Furniture is almost 20years old and could be redesign. Hotel is opposite the president palace 3min by walk to the core center of Bratislava, hotel has direct connection by bus to Main trail station.

It’s really interesting to stay in here because the ****** is also in the hotel. Unfortunately, I didn’t go to the ******, and spend the voucher on the table.
