Folks, if you want a great place to stay right here, the Hyatt Timber Ridge in the beautiful Branson, MO this place has great scenery and especially the staff talk about going out of there way to help they are awesome. This is my first time here, and let me tell you me personally, I wouldn't stay anywhere else but hear i am so impressed just how wonderful this place is. I would highly recommend that Hyatt Timber Ridge 1 world describes this wonderful place as awesome. Enjoy your stay and God Bless

Went with the family for a nice 3 days vacation. Walked in and the room smelled of mold and sadness. I pulled the bed sheets back to discover what looked like blood or urine. The mattress was very worn out and had a human body shape in it. We never even sat on it and you can see the intention. We promptly left and got our money back.

Phenomenal what more can I say?!!!!! This place is beautiful, our room is awesome. It has everything you could possibly need. They thought of absolutely EVERYTHING The beds were very comfortable. The room had a beautiful view. Beautifully decorated. Very clean, there was absolutely nothing rundown at all !! The staff was so nice I mean, we could not find not one of them that wasn’t just as nice as the next they have tons of entertainment if you choose that one night they had movie night another night. They had a disco dance night, but the highlight is definitely the pool ! It’s indoor and outdoor, crisp, clear, and clean slide, a big slide that is wild I mean, wild! The kids even decided not to go to the waterpark. They were just happy with this . The location was superb. It was just a couple of miles out of town away from all the traffic easy to get to and again beautiful 2 miles from table rock Lake. .

The Hospitality we received immediately was a Very Nice Welcome Touch! We were made to feel at home instantly upon arrival as we settled In to our 1 bedroom suite which was lovely by the way. Accommodated with shows nicely to fit our itinerary and from there the rest was Magical in every way. Branson May soon become a Happy Place for us and our family too. Time will tell!.. We felt the Love and beyond !.. we even stayed an extra night to complete what we came there for.🎄🎁❤️

Horrible anniversary trip night! Burned out light bulbs. Dirty floors. No bottled water available. We got no sleep because the people in the room next to us were up until early morning and then they took showers at 6:00 AM, talking so loudly it was as though they were in our room. Walls are paper thin. No handrails in the shower or next to the toilet. The television was not a Smart TV, just cable. For the amount of money we spent, we expected much more.

My husband and I went there for our Anniversary and the A/C in the room wasn't working. They worked on it several times during our stay. Two different times water was pouring from the ceiling in the bathroom and we had contractors trying to stop the leaking. They kept taking all our towels to clean up the mess and our only option to switch rooms was a 4th floor room and the elevator wasn't working. No offer to compensate for all the disruptions and inconvenience from this location or anything from Corporate. This was our first stay at a Hyatt and have no plans to make this mistake again.

Everything was great. The location is quiet so evenings on the patio were awesome. Could've used better bed pillows and more considerate neighbors 🙄. We didn't complain to the management though. Will definitely return.

Horrible experience! Dirty room with glass in closet,towel rack fell off wall, disgusting wTer dripping in shower from a/c, lights in kitchen are out, toilet and faucet to tub have no cocking, PAPER THIN WALLS! HEAR NEIGHBORS FU!##%ING! ALSO BOTH THE POOLS ARE DOWN FOR MAINTENANCE TILL JANUARY 2024! DIDNT TELL ANYONE TILL YOU ARRIVE, the pull out couch overlaps the humongous table. Overall dissatisfied as we paid $250 EXTRA to switch to this resort jist for the pools for our kid and wow! So disappointing 😞

We had a really great stay in November 2023. It was very clean and the 1 bedroom suite had enough room for our family of 4. My concern was that there wasn't a deadbolt on the door. My 1.5 year old and 3.5 year old were able to pull down the door handle (even when locked) and open the door. This wouldn't happen with a latch at the top to prevent them from doing so. We had to put a chair in front of the door to make sure they didn't play with the door. Also, a second lock on the door would have made me feel more secure too. Please add deadbolt locks to each of your rooms.
