The staff is friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The service is excellent and impeccable. The hotel is conveniently located and close to major attractions. The stay was enjoyable and comfortable. The environment is nice and calm. The hotel was above expectations.

it is at a far distance from the bust stand. I didn't order food so i can't rate, room was clean, but tv was not working, order services are also good, good staffs, bathroom clean.

Very poor condition bathroom and facilities. What is shown in the makemytrip app is not that, please do an investigation before adding in service.

Nothing is there nearby, they have no restaurant. No nearby restaurants. Room is not cleaned enough. They don't provide new bedsheets.

The room was well maintained and the cleaned size of the bed is king size, it's situated on the andhra pasra road quite away from the market area and even far away from the station and bus stand too.

What a pathetic hotel, dirtiest to the core and i don’t understand how people have a good ratings. Stinking, dirty bathrooms horrible horrible

The hotel isn't suitable for any kind of stay. The rooms are in very bad conditions, hardly any kind of maintenance is being done. There are dirt marks everywhere on the walls, one of the walls is leaking water, few carpets in the rooms haven't been clean in ages. Strictly not recommended at all.
