In the middle of the city, spacious room, parking available, good & cooperative staff. Vegetation food available in the hotel itself branded as bojanam. Rooms were clean and hotel has also maintained the cleanliness. Hot water was not accessible.

hotel looks good from outside but interior of rooms are older and just renewed.myself booked a super deluxe room but the reception boy allotted me a simple deluxe room, later I confirmed it from the hotelboy. overall not worthy for money.

I had very few reviews to make up my mind but in the absence of any good hotels decided to book City Palace. Everything about it was terrible. One has to climb a flight of stairs to reach the 1st floor where the Reception is. The lift is available from the first floor. After the check in we moved into the room only to find it dirty with an A/C without a deflector, it had a gaping hole. Worst of all there was no water in the washroom. After 6 reminders and more than 2 hours we got a trickle. In the meantime a bucket was arranged. We came across other guests complaining about water issues. The restaurant does serve good tasty food but opens for limited hours. Our nightmare lasted one night with the entire time worrying if we would get water in the morning. To our relief the water stopped flowing only after we were ready to check out. This hotel is only suitable for wedding parties with most rooms catering to such people. For others Gopalpur on Sea located around 15 kms away would be a better choice. Only plus is a private parking which can accommodate quite a few vehicles.

There was no water for almost full day and the response of hotel staff is very rude. They are asking customer to leave the hotel if they have any issue with out refund of money for the booking. Worst place to stay and waste of money.

Hotel room had not be clean and ac machine leaked lot of water on room flours its very hazardous for me that time it's could not be resistance. Ok. Sry i m not captured. Room no. 203

The location is very good. Easily traceable. The room was very decent with nice amenities and services are also very good.

The location is just perfect for a walk around the city centre.The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful.
