Premier Inn Bracknell (Twin Bridges)

Came for work on the 1st April and was very tired from my journey. I'm celiac and went to the restaurant and Mel and Lucy couldn't do enough for me. They made my dinner experience amazing from food to just amazing customer service. Them girls are fantastic.

Lovely stay at Bracknell, could not fault it, staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely as always. Emil was very helpful, and friendly, he is a credit to your company. Always stay at Premier Inns,never fail to dissapoint, the beds pillows, are so comfortable, the rooms are always clean

Absolutely awful WiFi. Can’t even connect to it on my laptop. Can’t connect TV to WiFi either ans they have that option disabled so can’t use a firestick. Everything other than that alright. Shower was decent, had 2 towels and usually only get one

Went down to the twin bridges for breakfast with some colleagues and Emil greated us with a smile, we drove and he offered to put are reg number in the tablet at the reception round the corner, Shelby then came and took are order and brought us are food, was all warm and they even let us order seconds. Would definitely recommend a visit

Stayed at this hotel for work. Friendly staff great food and really close to the business park. I ate in the restaurant each night and food was great, the staff always had a smile and a laugh and the atmosphere was nice for a solo traveller. I will book again.

We stayed here for the second year in a row ahead of a visit to Lapland UK. 2023 was just about ok - a basic Premiere Inn at best. This year, was terrible. We arrived at approx 3.30 and the entire car park was deserted, there was signage missing and an extremely large pothole as you enter the carpark. We genuinely thought the hotel had been shut down and checked our booking before we got out. We found it was indeed still open, and ironically had the exact same room as the year before. The room was basic, but sufficient for a nights sleep. It looked like it hadn't had any kind of deep clean in the 12 months that had passed through. My biggest complaint - lack of breakfast the following morning. We went around to the adjoining restaurant (which currently has no signage - I believe Beefeater have pulled out and they are in a state of flux?) to be told that there was no hot breakfast options and we would need to travel to a different hotel if we wanted them! Not the best start to what was meant to be a magical day for our daughter - and resulted in us trying to find something on the way so we still met our entry time for Lapland. I stay in Premier Inn's quite a lot for work, and they vary up and down the country that's for sure. But I have to say that currently, this one is firmly at the very bottom of the list and not somewhere I would willingly choose to stay again.
