Not a bad hotel, friendly staff, but the hotel is quite dirty. The scenery, the view from the room, the pools and the beach without comment, very good. But unfortunately during 10 days of stay, cleaning was done only twice. Also long and lengthy check-in time, but there is free wifi throughout.

Rooms are outdated,smells like dump.If you hava a room eith a land view than prepare yourself to hear traffick all night long.In our room they didn't have Anu blankets we asked in reception for one but they didn't understand english.90% staff only speaks russian which is sad.Food in okey.In all bars they aleats have a huge line at all times,cause only one bartender works.Bartender don't want to serve coctails from menu by lying that they don't have ingredients and if they do make then its nor correctly made.A la carte has opportunity to make a one time reservetion Sea food.Salmon was terribly burnt and dry.Trout was dry too.Terrible expierience with this hotel.Only good thing was unlimited wifi everywhere

For us, it was a great experience. The children loved the pirate pool and aquapark, the icecream, the wild sea and the big stones that they played with. The food was good, I would have loved more diversity for children, but it was ok. The rooms are a bit old, but it was clean. I wanted a sea side view of the room so i paied extra at the reception, 70 euro for it. But it was worth it. For my birthday I got a nice surpise in my room. We really enjoyed everything, the sea, the mountain view, it was a great trip for us all. It is our 5th time in Antalya, we have been to Side, Belek, Alanya, some resorts were better, but what we loved here was the diversity, the wild beach, the mountain, eveything was close and I was able to relax and enjoy it all with my children.

The hotel maintenance is not the best you can expect in a “5 star hotel”. The room we were staying was very close to the street and every morning from 4 until 5:30 the garbage van was there and making terrible noise. The food was delicious and the guy named Furkan from the bar made the best coctails you can ever taste here. He is very friendy not like the girls from the reception don’t speak a word in English and are 0 helpful. The animation guy named Mustafa is also very friendly and helpful with activities and stuff. Experience 6.5/10. Definitely needs improvements in the maintenance of rooms and cleaniness of the hotel in general.

Great hotel, personal very friendly, the food with a lot of diversity. The pool clean, warm water. The beach well organized, clean, the water color amazing. A lot of activities for children and not only. Children love the Aquapark and icecream. The animators are very funny and friendly. Will come back.

Terrible , terrible terribleeeee experience. Nowhere near a five star hotel . It starts with the staff at the reception, very rude , they don’t care what you need, or listen to any complaints you have , they just say “what do you want “ in a very rude way . Unless you raise your voice and make a scandal in front of other guests they won’t do anything for you. I had to go ask for a change of room 4 days in a row , I have an autistic child and our bedroom had a lot of noise any time at night , generators noise . She was scared and they says they can’t do anything about it . After 4 days the “manager “ who was hiding came to see me and gave my family another small room. Unless you call them , no one will come and clean the rooms or change the towels and bed sheets. There was plenty of food but a lot of it was going in the bin as it tasted horrible. If you needed a drink from the bar they won’t give you any after 9 pm, the queue to get food was crazy and no one cared whose turn it was , no order at all. There where no signs anywhere to say that the floor is wet , my son slipped and bumped his eye on the floor , having 4 stitches and paying €1200, no one held responsible for it . The cleaners just brushed and not moped during the day, which made it very dangerous when walking . There is plenty more to add , the list goes on and on. By all means , just avoid this hotel , avoid avoid, avoiddd
